    Im filing this complaint regarding a highly unprofessional and unacceptable experience with Georgia Wholesale Nursery.On 6/18/25, I received a mulch delivery supervised by a man named ******. His behavior was aggressive, loud, and confrontational entirely inappropriate for someone representing a business, especially in a supervisory role. It made me extremely uncomfortable having him on my property.The delivery truck had bald tires, which caused it to get stuck in my yard. As a result, my front lawn was severely damaged, with deep ruts and torn-up grass. No effort was made to fix or even acknowledge the damage they simply left the mess behind.When I placed the order, I made it explicitly clear to the manager that the mulch needed to be delivered to the backyard. At no point was I told that this would not be possible. This lack of communication led to unnecessary frustration and confusion on the day of *********** make matters worse, the areas that were dug up during the delivery were left completely exposed. The crew didnt even bother to fill them with the dirt they displaced. ******, the supervisor, showed no professionalism, care, or regard for the condition of my property or my concerns as a customer.This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had, and I am requesting that Georgia Wholesale Nursery take responsibility by:Addressing the damage to my yard either through proper repair or financial compensation.Taking appropriate action regarding ******* behavior.Providing a formal apology for the poor service and property damage.I hope this complaint prompts corrective action and leads to a resolution. No customer should be treated this way.

    I had to buy mulch from this company, totaling $1594, and it turned out to be very bad. Quilty, as the mulch color has been changed a day later, and when I went to the company and asked for a solution, they have very bad customer service and they refused to do anything. When I said I would take legal action, they said, "Do whatever you want.
