    ******* s work was not bad and he did cleanup which was very impressive. He also shows up on time. The issues I had with him is his communication skills are very poor and it created a lot of stress on me. He also goes off at times and does his own thing. You also have to supervise the work daily to make sure he is following your requests. I asked for a Trey ******* in the kitchen and bedroom and he gave me a soffit. I also wanted an arch between the kitchen and dining room and it was a total disaster. He had to do it all over with another design because he just could not install the one I wanted even after sending him the picture and he stated he could do it. Please expect to pay a high price if he has to help you out with an extra nail or s**** in the wall or adding a curtain rod to a window. He did a good job with the kitchen but still having issues with the lazy ***** door and the fixtures in the bathroom fell off the wall as well as the curtain rods that he put up . There were a few more things but got some one else to come in and redo some of it. You might be lucky using him but I am neutral in recommending him.

    I contracted ******************************, the owner of precision contracting and construction co LLC last year February to build out a ****sq ft. Basement. ******* got all the architectural drawings and got the permits from the county and started the job by the end of February. They were on time with the materials and started working. They were very professional and friendly. They kept me abreast of everything they were doing. They worked fast and were on time every day. They ************** up at the end of each day. They completed the job within the given time frame. By Mothers Day, I presented my wife with one of the most beautiful basement apartment fitted with the most sophisticated movie theater, which was the envy of all my neighbors. I have recommended ******* to my neighbors and friends and one is in the process of hiring him, after seeing how he transformed my basement into a state of art living space.******
