    To whom it may concern,A contract was signed with SVL Turnkey LLC, operated by friends of our family, on Apr 18 2022 for "removal of all current siding [of house], replaced with new hardy plant siding, 12 windows removed and new ones installed, full exterior paint, full interior paint, paint kitchen cabinets, added deck pressure wash and stain, repairs to the chimney as needed, carpet removal and installation of new in 1 room, dumpster rental for work, full deep clean once work is complete"The full quote was $25,450, with a request to "deposit of half to secure materials and start work with payments made as services finish item by item."Deposits totalling $17,725 were made to the contractor in separate installments:4/26/22 $3,500 4/27/22 $3,500 5/03/22 $5,725 5/31/22 $3,000 6/28/22 $2,000 We were abroad 5/3 to 8/3 and expected the contract to have been executed by the time we returned.Instead, only a portion of the work had been completed, specifically:"full interior paint, paint kitchen cabinets, carpet removal and installation of new in 1 room"After arriving on 8/3, we requested SVL Turnkey LLC via ******** Messenger to complete the remainder of the contacted work, ideally by the end of the month. This was affirmed by SVL CEO, **************************However, since September 13, ************************* -- a longtime friend of the family -- has not responded to any communications from me or my wife.We ask for BBB to help mediate communications to either complete the contract, or to refund the difference between the work that was completed and what was paid.Kind regards,- Ymir
