    First of all they do not deserve one star. Same as other customers - sent out by Choice warranty to diagnose our AC problem. Came out after a week, paid the service fee they said they were ordering a part, and then never heard from them again. They don't answer the phone whether I call or Choice calls. When I called Choice to say they never set the repair appointment, they responded in Choice's system "contacting customer now" or they'll do the repair "in the coming week" but they never contacted us. This went on for weeks. ****, lies, lies. Finally had to insist on being assigned to another contractor. I filed the claim over a month ago, and now starting the process over. I'm glad I don't have to deal with them anymore, because I would have been worried about the quality of their work.

    I beg you! Please do not use this company! They never answer the phone, reply back to emails, they set up their accounts with multiple home warrantys companies but just to get the initial service fee payment and they act like they fixed something and then they say bye and disappear. In the meantime you are out of funds and AC still broken, I am doing a charge back to get my funds back, they are a scam!

    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! This company was hired through Choice Home Warranty and they failed to deliver. The technician showed up on my appointment day but reported to the warranty company that I missed my appointment. I paid the company the service fee upon completion of my inspection. I can't pay a company if they don't do an inspection. I have been calling them and there is no answer and the technician's voicemail is full. I would not recommend this company at all.

    I couldn't agree with the last consumer more. This company (of that is fair to state) is the worst business I've had the displeasure dealing with in some time. CHOICE warranty connection- however the warranty company should invest in dropping them! They lie, don't return your calls ans frankly misrepresent their ability to fix any issue. BEWARE. IF TOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT IS WITH THEM....CANCELL AND CHANGE IT IMMEDIATELY!

    BEWARE!!!! This company does not deserve 1 star. Like many other Choice Home Warranty customers, the technician was less than reliable. He misdiagnosed my problem, lied about parts being ordered, lied about appointment times, lied about setting appointments and no-showed 3 times when appointments were set with he and Choice Home Warranty. DO NOT let this company in your home unless you are ready for a headache, unprofessional, unreliable and rude people. YOU WILL REGRET letting them in your home. You have been warned.

    Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! They don't deserve 1 star ratings. Choice Home Warranty sent them to my house to repair my AC. He showed up ** nice jeep at 3:00 and looked like he hadn't worked on anything all day. He had no identifiers that he worked for an AC company. Amazingly he was able to diagnose the issue without literally not touching one thing, no tools, no diagnostic equipment, nothing. When he told me that the black rubber hole that had ice all over it was just for esthetic purposes, I thought "Wow I know more about AC units then he does". They don't show up and don't return phone calls. They make excuses over and over again. I've missed 3 days of work waiting for them. They take your money and walk away. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    Used by Choice Home Warranty. 3 weeks and still haven't resolved the known issue. I'm the one that has to call them and they ignore me. They've stood me up on 3 total appointments out of the 4 we've had. Inexcusably and unequivocally terrible company.

    This company was sent by Choice and lied by saying that the technician fixed my AC, but nothing was fixed. I called them and fixed an other appointment to come, they never showed up and never answered the calls. They are not reliable and they exist just to s**** people up
