    Absolute crooks! Especially ***********************! Stay away from this dealership! They sold me a Yukon Denali that was supposed to be in near immaculate condition with no issues at all. I made it clear before purchasing that I was going to be towing a trailer with this vehicle, so the towing/suspension was a priority for me to make the sale. Well, once the *** was delivered, there were problems galore! The suspension system needed a new compressor and both rear shocks, it had to have the temperature sensor replaced, drivers side mirror needed to be replaced, radiator had a hole in it, and neither front power seats would go up or go down, it has a continuous parasitic draw, so I had to invest in a battery switch, all of the dash clip mounts are broken, so the dash panel cannot be secured, and various other issues. After dropping over $3k for repairs, ***** said that he was going get me some money back towards the repair bills, because they take care of their customers. Needless to say, over a year later, and after every excuse in the book, (including a ridiculous manufactured story that ***** was fired over, but was later hired back), they never made good on their word! I hope this helps to keep someone else from getting taken advantage of by this very dishonest company.

    Advised seller prior to purchase, transmission was OFF/Delayed he purchased at auction to sell. He stated to myself as well as witness he would correct the issue or we would receive full refund, requested refund within the 7-days, car only driven 25 miles during this time and fully garaged entire time. He promised refund. It's been over 4 weeks, no refund, not title, no registration, and no communication. They demanded ***** for their transaction upon date of purchase, as a "Dealership" (which they have no dealership come to learn later it's an empty store virtual address") We rescinded purchase prior to the 7th day and were promised refund, then never ever rec'd refund, nor title, nor registration. Scam operation. Excuses daily, no action, no results, zero positive action. I have no car and they hold my funds. No transportation.
