Reserved with them and my gut did not feel good at the time. The way they called back and the confirmation material made me feel something was off. Today, I cancelled entirely after trying to email them and the emails coming back as not in service. This included their website I booked through being down. One indicated location in Georgia and now *******. Don't do it.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I reserved a stretch limo for a wedding seven months ago. The wedding is in three weeks. I received a phone call from the company telling me that the price I was quoted and contracted for was incorrect because it wasn't a minimum of six hours. So they wanted to raise it from $999 to $1458. I declined and said that wasn't acceptable. They offered me a sprinter van instead of a limousine. I declined. I went ahead and found another company that was local to do business with (at a cost of $300 more). Then a couple of days later they called again and told me dispatch had gotten it wrong, they did have a limo, but it would only hold 8 people, we had requested a 10-passenger limo. They offered the price at $916. I said absolutely no way, there's no way I could rely on them showing up or not changing the terms in the upcoming weeks. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! After the wedding I will be doing whatever I can to find out how to get these guys prosecuted, they are definitely not running an ethical business nor following the law. If I lived in Georgia I would definitely be filing a small claims action, but since I don't, I am going to see if I can file some kind of complaints with the state attorney general offices where they do business with, as well as any other state/local/government agency who might have oversight. This is absolutely ridiculous to have this many complaints. Obviously it's their business practice, and I'm just lucky we were able to get a replacement company.

I scheduled a limo for a bachelorette and was quoted $742. I paid and signed the contract. Two months later and ONE WEEK before the event I got a text that there was an important change to the reservation and I needed to call. I was told that it would now cost $1640 because the service they were affiliated with was 3 hours away. I had given the drop off, pick up locations and entire itinerary when I scheduled months prior so this information had been readily available to them. I could not believe they would increase the price, more than DOUBLE. They would not work with me at all despite me explaining that I had provided this information and had signed a contract with them with the original price. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that this occurred one week before my friends event. I had to cancel.
