Encompass guided me to buy some parts to install an icemaker into my Hisense model HRB171N6ASE refrigerator. They sent me the parts a couple months after I ordered them, in December 2024. It took until now with lots of back and forth with the manufacturer to find out that the parts they sent me will not work will not function in my refrigerator and that it is IMPOSSIBLE to add an icemaker to this model refrigerator because the rear of it is not plumbed for water input. Therefore, even though more than 90 days have passed I ask Encompass to kindly take the parts back for a full refund since they were the ones who advised me to buy these specific 3 useless (for me) parts. They are all brand new sealed in package have not been touched (pics attached).Business Response

One of your phone representatives took my information and stated she would call me back after requesting approval from her supervisor. After two weeks I have not received a response from her. I was requesting a replacement charge cord for electric razor Model: S7886 which was not included in the original box.

On 6/24 I called ********** to order a ***lacement part. They referred me to what they referred to as their parts department which was called Encompass. I called and placed the order for the part. I gave the *** the part number that I needed and she described the part. The part was extremely expensive but I had no way of checking or verifying anything. When I received the invoice by email later that evening. I saw that I was charged over $300. more for the exact part. When called the company the next day. They cancelled my order and are now saying that they don't have the part. I believe they are scamming, that they have the part but because I found that they were orver charging me that the pulled the order back. I want them to resend the part for the amount listed on the invoice. The manager told me it was their mistake so I want them the fix it.Business Response

March 13, 2025, I ordered two filters (comfirmation #8RM8ZU8LV) but received only one filter. I was charged $ ****** for two filters. I was informed that I would receive the second filter around April 1st but as of today, 04/25/2025, I have not received the second filter and now cannot reach Encompass. On 3/21/2025, I ordered a replacement filter from **. Apparently there website directs you to a third party (Encompass). I paid $87.09 (twice the price than ****** but I wanted to get the right part so I bought "directly" from the manufacturer - or so I thought). When the replacement part arrived, it was not the correct product. It did not fit my unit. I double checked that I had ordered the right part and the information I submitted was correct. Encompass sent the wrong part, I called and requested a replacement and they said they only do returns and that I would be responsible for shipping. I felt that since it was there error, they should pay. They never sent me an return label. I called again a week later and had another conversation where I again requested a full refund. They ended up sending me a return label but only issued a credit of $64.84 on 4/15/2024. I emailed them and again requested a full return. No further refund was issued and no response was received. I contacted my credit card company and they credited my account. I doubt they will take the time to pursue this unprofessional business.Business Response

Order made on March, 29, came fast but was missing one part. I called and asked for missing part, rude clerk said its on back order and I will receive it on April, 22. Called again today, super rude clerk didnt even let me finish the sentence said its on back order and no eta. I asked for manager, and waited for 15 min without manager provided. I want you to URGENTLY figure the situation out and provide me with CLEAR *** when will I get my part, otherwise I want full refund and apologies for unprofessional clerks I was dealing with. This company allows you to order parts and give you the"option" to pay extra to have your part shipped fast but then change your order to the slowest shipping method available. I called to see why and was told repeatedly they don't know why or how it happened and they refuse to actually try to find out why and just blame the wearhouse for the change. They say they refunded me the amount but that has yet to be seen reflected in my bank account.Everyone of their call center staff was rude to me and refused to let me speak with a supervisor and one even straight lied to me and said you would have to pass a note to a supervisor who was in a meeting to call me but I never received the phone call so when I called again the next day and asked if a note was left I was told nothing was left. All in all a company that lies to his customers and changes things on their orders without the customers permission it's not a good company.Business Response

My bank hasn't received the refund. It showed 2 days ago $85. One cents processing on the 14th but never went in they cancel it. When purchased there part over month ago was on my husband's credit card ending in 3892, but we had fraud last week on ******, so bank told me to cancel that. Credit card.
