On June 3, 2022, I had a medical procedure at Gwinnett Endoscopy Center. I was asked to pay $500.00 on the day of the procedure which I did. On July 14th, I received a bill for $700.00 which was paid as well. I contacted my insurance on November 3rd to discuss deductible status. It was during the call that I discovered my insurance paid Gwinnett Endoscopy Center the full amount of $1,200.00 for my June 3rd procedure. I called Gwinnett Endoscopy Center on November 3rd and was told a $700.00 check was issued on October 25th which was received. I was told by ***** that she will escalate my request for the remaining $500.00 refund. I called on December 1st and spoke with ********** who stated she will have a Team Lead to return my call. I called on December 2nd and spoke with a ***** who also indicated she will have a Team Lead to return my call. As of December 5th I have not received a callback. Gwinnett Endoscopy Center. They have had my $500.00 since June 3rd and refuses to return. Im demanding my funds be returned immediately. It was stated by one of the representatives that they wrote off my $500.00 credit as a recovery.
