    I called for a quote and asked about unmounting and remounting a TV. I was told that they will provide this service. I then asked if they were a licensed and insured company and was immediately told that every time someone asks if this company is insured they end up filing a claim so they would not even consider taking on the job since I inquired about their insurance. In my opinion this is bad business but to each his own. I didnt like how his attitude changed based off me asking if they are insured because thats not how you conduct business. I did inform them that I would be leaving a review based on that phone conversation which took place on 02/17/2024 at 3:45 pm.

    We did nothing wrong in this situation. We did not want to take on the job due to the attitude and unprofessionalism. Client was calling looking for a issues so we did not want to take on the job .
