I was experiencing knee pain since Oct. 2022. My PCP said it was a ******* Cyst but after months the pain got worse so I went to ***************************** on 12/13/2022 and was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis of both knees and treated with 3 rounds of Hyaluronic Acid Injections over a 3 week period. I've also had Platlet Rich ****** (***) injections in both knees from ********************* beginning in 3/16/2023. So when I saw a commercial about the services QC Kinetix provide I scheduled a consultation for 4/29/2023. They were very aggressive about signing me up for their services to have both knees and back injections and for me to use their financial company. Total cost $14,000. They started the 1st treatment, ****** Therapy ($1,000) on the same day. The 2nd Treatment, *** Injections ($3,000) was on 5/13/2023; I noticed that the syringes containing the *** were pinkish in color. I previously had *** injections in my knees so I thought that was odd so I Googled: Should platelet rich plasma have a pink tent to it. Search Results:Featured snippet from the web An interesting fact is that *** should actually not be red or pinkish. It should be a golden straw like color, to indicate the purity of the sample. I called QC Kinetix the next day 5/14/2023 because I felt sick and feverish from the injections for 10+ days. On 5/19/2023 I received a voice mail informing me that the QC Kinetix, Decatur location was closing and that I would have to reschedule my May 27th appt to the Stockbridge, *************, ******** or ****************** location; all of these locations are more than 30 miles from me. So I canceled the remaining treatments. QC Kinetix credited their financial provider $10,000 but I'm still responsible for $4,000 for the unprofessional services provided to me. I want QC Kinetix to credit the full amount, $14,000 to their financial provider. I'm currently scheduled for Partial Knee Replacement surgery of the left knee on 2/29/2024.
