      Hi, we visited the Gwinnett Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine at ********** location on 5/20/2024 for a normal sick visit with ***************************. Sorry that I cannot find this location in BBB so I can only file a compliant in another location. We have been with Gwinnett Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine for over 2 years as our baby ******************* pediatrician. However, on 05/20/2024, even if the doctor did not diagnose any special conditions based on my baby *************** and the entire visit only last less than 20 minutes, the doctor recognized our visit as a detailed sick office visit with CPT code ***** rather than a normal one (CPT code *****) which bring our bill by over 40 dollars higher after insurance. Our baby did the sick visit on 3/18/2024 and the condition is even worse (diagnosed as RSA at the end) but the bill was still a normal sick visit. I would like to challenge ******************************* coding standard and hope there will be more investigations. Thank you. I do have supporting documents showing the statements and the codes that I got. The action made by *************************** made us feel she is unprofessional and misdiagnosis of Condition.
