    On Sunday 11/17/24 I placed an order with dominos pizza online. Shortly after I received a phone call and the person I was speaking to identified themselves as *****(no last name given) GM. She informed me that part of my order was not available and if I wanted some thing in replace of that item or a refund, I chose a refund because the item was for someone else and they did not want a replacement. At that time, she stated that the money would be refunded to my account to which I agreed to have that done first asking if it could be put on a gift card. She said it could not. It is now a week later I have not received my refund and when calling back, I met with an attitude. She didnt even identify herself on the phone when I called. I requested the name and she just sat there silent and said yeah and I said her and she said speaking with a very, very unpleasant Tone, my interaction with her from the time I spoke with her until calling today has been nothing short of unpleasant and disrespectful as a customer. I do not feel comfortable ordering from this location because she is extremely rude and disrespectful and does not value her customers Im waiting for money that I spent that is owed to me to which she is playing games on the phone , and I do not appreciate this. This is something that should be reported to someone higher than her because it is uncalled for and I want a solution preferably my and also she needs disciplinary action. Order#**
