The office has moved and is located as noted on the billing:****************************************************************** I was seen by this office on 4/8/2025 for a limited exam with a specific focused problem for tooth #** when I set up this appointment the night prior. I was referred to this office by another dentist, my intent was not to become a regular dental patient because I live on the other side of town. I feel I was overcharged for services and forced to pay out of pocket for services that should have been billed to my insurance company. I sent a letter to the office manager, she responded but there was still no resolution, neither was I refunded anything not even partially. I feel completely taken advantage of AND the billing was improper because one of the services I never actually received which is outlined in my response that you can see. I think in good faith this dental office should refund me 50% of what I paid because if they had billed correctly and legally to my insurance company that is probably closer to what I would be been responsible to pay BUT definitely not $355. This entire billing was unethical. The person I have communicated with is ****** (the office manager). I am seeking a resolution.

    Business Response

    Response to Patient Complaint
Thank you for reaching out to share your concerns regarding your visit to our office on April 8, 2025. We appreciate the opportunity to address the matter and clarify the steps weve taken thus far in response.
First and foremost, we understand your frustration regarding the billing process and your expectations about insurance coverage. At the time of your visit, we did not bill your insurance and instead provided you with the costs associated with diagnostic imaging up front. These services were explained prior to treatment, and payment was collected accordingly.
You also expressed concern about being charged for a service that you believe was not rendered. We take such concerns seriously and have carefully reviewed your case. While we believe our billing was appropriate based on the services provided, in an effort to resolve this matter in good faith, we are willing to issue a partial refund of $177.50, which represents 50% of the $355 you paid.
In order to process this refund, we require that you complete and sign our Refund Waiver and Non-Disparagement Agreement (form attached). This document is standard practice for refund situations and ensures clarity and mutual understanding between both parties.
Additionally, our records indicate that we followed up with you by phone and text, and your treating doctor also offered to speak with you directly to resolve any questions. We have not received a return call. We remain open and willing to continue communication to bring this matter to a close.
Our office is committed to resolving this professionally and respectfully. Please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can provide you with the necessary form and finalize the refund process.

    Sincerely,
    ****** ******* RDH/Manager
