    Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with a contractor. Working with ***** and ****** at ****** Smart Services for a roofing replacement on my Alpharetta townhome has been a nightmare from start to finish.This company operates unethically they make big promises to earn your trust, only to trap you in a contract filled with hidden clauses. One clause, which was never disclosed during initial discussions, states theyre entitled to 20% of the roof replacement value if you choose not to move forward with them. By the time I realized this, it was too late the contract was signed, and they started revealing their true character.The materials were subpar, unexpected out-of-pocket costs piled up, and communication went downhill fast. What should have been a straightforward project turned into four months of stress, delays, and financial loss.Please save yourself the time, money, and frustration stay far away from this company. I regret ever trusting them.

    Incredible company! The communication was key from the beginning, there wasnt a push to seek or buy. The Project Manager was very informative and communicated with us on every detail from the inspections, to the filing of the insurance, the handling of the adjusters, the approval process and the installation. The instal of the roof was seamless, I received my email the day before with specific instructions. The crew was really good. The cleanup was great and Im very satisfied with the whole process.

    After they changed *******, I called to ask about the warranty (2 months later) and they said it was not ready yet. They contacted me to get the appreciation check which was sent to me by the insurance company, and I tried to negotiate with them since my insurance was canceled because of this roof claim, i tried to explain this to the project manager and to get to an agreement but she was very agressive during the call and would not acknowledge!
