    I ordered 2 c10 bump caps on 9/19. When I received the item ordered it did not match the picture shown on the website. I contacted the company on 9/22 with pictures showing my issues and asking for an exchange or refund. I emailed again on 9/25 asking for an update and never got a reply.

    The customer ordered 2 bump caps from our Online store on 09/19/23, the order total was $11.30. We shipped the product on 09/20/23 using *** ground 1Z3208850376138787

    The customer received the order on Friday 09/22/23. We received an email on Friday 09/22/23 stating that we shipped the incorrect bump caps. We responded on Monday 09/25/23 asking if we need to send a *** return label or if the customer wanted to keep the bump caps as they were more expensive than the items he purchased.

    We issued a complete refund to the customer and did not ask for the incorrect items for our mistake. 

    Attached is the shipping information along with proof of the refund. Wish customer had called or reached back out prior to contacting the BBB for a $11.30 order
