    I hired Cleats tree service to trim 3 trees, remove a privet "tree" and remove debris from their work plus a some we had on the property prior to their visit. They also said they would clear the dam of pop-up privet/weeds for us while they were there.The office manager said she would confirm when they would come. She did not, and then argued that she had until I sent a screenshot of her not following up with me. Luckily my husband was home to open the gate.When they finished, I was called immediately at work to give payment. On faith, I paid. When I got home two things were not done- there was still an ugly dead branch that I had pointed out directly to Nate that was not removed. They had also not taken care of the privet/weeds on the dam. Furthermore, they left a lot of miscellaneous branch debris under where they trimmed.When I spoke with *******, she said she would talk to Nate. Over a week passed and I reached out again. She said they were booked and she's have to talk to Nate. I then reached out to Nate myself and he tried to extort an extra $450 on top of what I already paid for the service to complete the job!
