      Upon the recommendation of a physician and PA to lose abdominal fat, I went to Medical Weight Loss Healthogenics on **********************************. After an enthusiastic and encouraging speech, I signed up for the program. I intentionally explained my health condition to ***, but it seems it fell on deaf ears or she did not comprehend. I was charged $500 for documents, which according to *** "are very important" and paid $599 for "weight loss and Doctor Review". As soon I paid, *** gave me about five bottles and instructed me to take around 10 pills a day. I stopped after two days due to severe adverse effects. There was NO doctor review. Furthermore, she gave me approximately 25 pages ("documents") with nothing novel contained therein. (I made copies)The company's Patient's Bill of Rights states that "Clients have the right to be treated with dignity and respect at all times" and "Consultants shall always provide for the best interests of the patient" etc. This did not happen for me. I would like a refund of the outstanding amount I paid and am definitely not interested in pursuing the"maintenance" program. Thank you very much for your assistance. Note: my plan is different from those who receive compound ******* or similar medications for injections.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      $500 for "documents" and then give about 25 pages is tantamount to fraud. Telling a client to take about 10 pills (even Sherri said that was a lot) and then saying she should have consumed four protein flavored drinks on top of the 64 for seven consecutive days is unreal.

      I spoke with a consumer fraud person and will take other action if necessary.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I have not received any concrete offer other than more of the same. I asked for a college educated licensed dietician or nutritionalist, but have not received a reply so far.

      First of all, I diligently complied with ******** instructions. She herself said that I had not eaten much. Drinking four protein-flavored drinks on top of ****************************************************************

      Secondly, first being told that I would get a prescription medication and then finding out that this was not going to happen is just not right.

      On August 1st, 2024 I contacted "Healthogenics" through their ad on "Groupon" to order weight loss medicine. After they charged my debit card $69.30 (on August 1st) they send me a code to receive my voucher. The code they sent didn't work. I wrote and told them. They said they had no record of my order. On August 2nd, 2024 they charged my debit card another $69.30. Once again I complained through email and they said they had no record of the order or the transaction. All the money has been taken out of my account. I would just like my money back, all of it totaling $138.60 in full with no further charges. Since I don't trust them I locked my debit account so they could no longer take money from it. This is causing me a great deal of trouble.

Additionally, the pricing quoted does not match any of our promotion pricing through Groupon or the company's Shipping Cost through our web-store.       I purchased a 5 week weightloss program. I disclosed being allergic to wheat and needed a full gluten free program. Some of the product the allowed me to purchase from them had gluten in them against my knowledge. I became very ill the first week and brought it to their attention immediately. I put in fir a refund and cancellation which was basically put to the side. They kept charging my account even though I was not getting any services due to it making me sick. I had to seek medical care and was told the products were not good for me. After getting my cc company involved they ended up refunding me refuning me $ ****** and cancelling future payment but added in a renewal fee for July in the amount of ****** to beef up the product and services rendered calculation. I wasn't even on the program to renew it because it has made me very sick. I was actually awaiting a refund during that time. This program did not deliver as promised. It promised that if you follow the program you will lose up to 20 in 5 weeks. However the products made me worse, sent me to urgent care and I was only able to follow it for 1 week and was sick the whole time.

      This Weight *********** told me that they WOULD HELP ME AND FINANCE ME TO LOSE WEIGHT. The required $49.95 down payment paid before my appointment. And that this money would go toward my first months medication and treatment money back guarantee . Well I went to my first appointment and was told sorry no lender would accept me. Well nobody said anything about this was all pending on my credit approval or I would not have put any money down or gone in. I was trying to lose weight to improve my health. I am on disability and living off $914 a month. I just want my money back from this weight loss clinic at *********************************************** I spoke with *** and Cat at Heathogenics Weight *********** and I feel like I was scammed!

      May 28th 22 I signed for a 9 month plan. This program cost a total of $5,864.71. I have $1400 left. My coach was ***************************. I am a truck driver that runs 48 states it is impossible for me to come in every 1-2 weeks to get supplements. Sometimes it was impossible to stop at places like Sprouts and Trader Joes to get healthy food and to be able to prepare them. But Ive noticed that the latter months my coach was not checking up on me on phone and wasnt available when I was in town. I would like to cancel but *****************************, said that it was impossible. ***** states that because my first 30 days was not done perfectly and that I lost a total of 8-9lbs that I cannot have a cancellation. Looking at my notes and my meal plan paperwork (because I had to write down everything I ate) and the pictures of the scale of my weight; I lost a total of only 5 pounds within my first 30 days. I told her that coach sometimes subtracted 2-3lbs from what the scale said. ***** said thats normal. I do not think thats right! I am not happy with the service. If it was required to see me weekly/often I would have denied the offer. My unpredictable and hectic trucking schedule wouldnt allow this program to be successful.Based off of my trucking schedule I do not wake up or go to bed the same time. Driving time zones change and I start my day later or earlier than the last. I do not work a 9 to 5. I work a 14hr-day everyday. I cannot eat meals at the same time every day/week. Throughout the months as coach and client we should have came up with solutions together to figure out how we can successfully finish the program even with many obstacles in they way but I felt like I was given up on. ***** did offer to subtract $200 from the remaining balance.I want to CANCEL ALL of the remaining balance.Attached below is her agreeing that I started off a certain weight and 30 days later you can see the screenshot of the time and date and the number on the scale I only lost 5 pounds.
