Yes. I would leave a big fat zero stars for this company. First, the sales person took an extraordinary amount of time showing me product that I had no interest in. Second, she misrepresented the window package that I wanted even after taking her outside and expressly showing her what I needed. Third, the installers showed up for the appointed installation to find out they had the wrong windows which meant I had another month to wait. Fourth, they only provided 2 of the window "nose" replacements that had led me to get new windows to begin with. They then said they were going to give me some aluminum product that I absolutely did not want. Then some Vice-president offered me compensation that was not even a quarter of the price of one window. It took them 5 months from the time that I ordered the windows for them to finally deliver the product I had been led to believe I was getting in the start. The 9 page contract that you must agree to contains everything under the sun that can go wrong and gives them no liability. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way I was treated and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I guess there will always be that one, I am just sorry that it was me. Hope others don't make the same mistake.

The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because on the original day of installation some of the parts for the door framing were missing. Of course another installation Tech completed the job on at a later time. Beyond that minor issue every other aspect of installation was an A plus. All of the personnel involved in this project were stellar. From our sales person to the gentleman that measured to the installers, I felt confident that the project would be completed successfully. I felt like we were in good hands. And on top of all that, the doors look fabulous. Thank you for a good experience with this projectRenewal by Andersen of Georgia

27 in ******* this morning and ****** with Renewal by ******** still came out to replace my screens. Excellent worker does not complain, he goes above and beyond. I purchased French doors with screen on my patio in February 2023. In September 2024 I experienced an issue with the ******* which had to be replaced. The ******* had to be ordered, which the arrival date was November 7, 2024. ***** at Renewal by Andersen replaced the ******* on November 12, 2024. I was given an arrival time between 8:00am-10:00pm. ***** arrived a little before 9:00am. ***** was professional and courteous. The estimated time of completion was less than an hour. ***** proceeded to adjusted the screen door in to stop the screen door from slamming. ***** also cleaned the window of the French doors. I didnt realize there were keys for the French doors. ***** called into the office to informed that the job was completed, and he proceeded to request the keys for the French doors, which is being ordered and will be mailed to me. I feel ***** went above and beyond the scope of the job, which was greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service!Renewal by Andersen of Georgia

I am posting on a follow up service call today. Had to get a few new screens and some nail holes filled. We had 8 windows and a set of French doors replaced initially. ***** came today and got everything taken care of. Initially two of the screens had no clips in the top so they couldnt be installed. We held them here at the house awaiting the new ones. One screen had a small hole. When ***** checked, the two new screens were the wrong size. He was able to take the clips from the wrong size and put them in the two screens we had saved. He did a great job filling nail holes and miter corners. Also attached a spot on the French door that was loose. Checked everything outside as well. Very personable man. Appreciated him listening to what I needed and finding solutions.Renewal by Andersen of Georgia

Locking handle on a casement window broke. The company was very quick to respond and repair. Repair was accomplished in 1 week. A small adjustment was made to the locking mechanism to prevent further reoccurrence. All of the other windows were checked to avoid the same problem.
