    The transaction started on the 12th of August when we ordered the windshield from them. They didn't come out until the 18th to put it in. The owner came out himself put the windshield and rubber in and we paid him 330 dollars. He left we realized acouple hours later that there was a scratch on it. Been trying to get a hold of someone for a week. Finally got a hold of someone then they dodged us and we got fed up and just want our money back and they can have the glass. The owner said he can not do that that he'll replace it but it won't be until the middle of next week. And we have to bring it to him cause he didn't feel comfortable coming to us. When that's not how it should be.

    The transaction was on Thursday the 18th We paid ****** for the windshield and rubber the owner came put the windshield in after he left we noticed it has scratches on it. Called the office was told they would let him know after that never heard anything. It's now been over a week and they don't answer the phone or make excuses. So showed up at the office after being told owner wasn't there and he was. He wouldn't come out and talk to us instead he sent a ***************** out which gave us attitude. The owner doesnt wanna deal with anyone face to face he wants to hide and only wants to talk on the phone when he wants to, and the issue never got it resolved. The owner called me later that same day saying he won't give us our money back so we can just go somewhere else instead he said that it's his way or no way which is replacing it when he has time which is another week. If we try calling to talk to someone in the office they ignore our phone calls, but u call from a different number they don't know they'll answer. All we wanted was our money back and they keep the glass and rubber and we'll just go seperate ways and they don't wanna do that. The owner doesn't wanna come back to our house cause hes scared which is where it was done in the first place. We just don't think it's right the way there handling it and want something done. If it was our choice we would get our money back and go somewhere else. But we don't have that choice cause he doesn't wanna do it that way. He wants to replace it when he has the time.
