    Im a former employee. I made three purchased of suppressors from Mainstreet Guns and Range and two are ready to be certified through them by the *** and one need to be updated in ************* database for me to purchase the tax stamp to finish up the process to get it completed but they keep delaying me for some reason and ******************* who is over management reached out and advised me that they would give me a call back in March when we both spoke and now its the being of May2023. This situation is easy and can be done over the phone which was provided to me by the ***. My photos and fingerprints as required are up to date so there are no excuses on my part. I notified Mainstreet Guns and range again April 21, 2023 and I spoke to the ** manager ******************* again and was told the same thing. I left the company back on December 1, 2022 and I have tried several attempts to get this resolved. Just want to retrieve my items I purchased. I provided proof of purchase of my tax stamp and screenshots of the stage its in now. Thank you guys in advance!

    We switched point of sale software back in February of 2022.  There were some layaways that had payments on them in the old point of sale software, that needed to be moved to the new point of sale software. The original suppressor paid on was a Yankee Hill, we have not been able to explain why that store credit was applied to a dead air suppressor and not to the Yankee Hill. The third suppressor cannot and will not be sent off to the *** division until it is completely paid off. Due to the pending criminal charges theft by conversion on ****************** there has been a delay in verifying payment on the suppressors. I was not aware of this compliant when I reached out to Shenandoah on May 11th to get him certified through *************, he was not able to successfully certify. Due to lack of access of a PC. I am happy to certify the two suppressors that are paid off at a schedule appointment time.
