    A family member 15 year old celebration is coming up we went to Cinderellas gown for A dress we went on 5/21/2022 for a measurements which was taken by employees. On 10/4/2022 we head to pick up The dress that was ready went we arrived the dress was smaller than what they originally ordered. At the time of the second fitting the employee stated that she was fat or that her breast have gotten too big for the dress. She then stated that she needed to push her breast down or to the side to make the dress fit. These made her instantly get upset.We asked to speak to manager but the manager was not available. They told us to come following day. On 10/5/2022 we returned to speak with manager (*****) at the time we arrived, his concern was that if she plays any sport, rather then trying to help us with the problem. She stated that she does do wrestling in school and his answer was that was the reason her chest and weight had gotten bigger and gain weight. These is very disrespectful and unprofessional from these company making those comments to a 15 year old.
