    3 clothing items (1 dress, 1 black pair of pants 1 black sweater of mine were handed over to a female employee of Family Cleaners on 12/9/22. On 1/31/23, my husband went to pick up those items on my behalf. When he showed the woman the screenshot of my cleaners ticket, she (struggling with her English) proceeded to tell him that I had picked up two of the items already. My husband called to verify this statement and I told him that I had not picked up anything. The female employee remained persistent in telling him that I had picked them up already. When she was asked to provide any documentation that I had done so she responded by saying she didn't pay for them When questioned if she would look for them she disrespectfully waved my husband away and told him she had other customers to tend to. I called for myself to speak with the woman about possibly giving her some time to look for the items, she insisted that she looked already and did not have time to look for them again She said that she had another customer to tend to and hung up the phone My husband called me back to tell me that she was refusing to look for the items and as I spoke with him further I mentioned to him that I would call and report the business for poor practice The woman heard me and then asked to speak with me. She then started to offer me money $80 and tell me that she was too busy to look so I should just take the money and my ************. I informed the woman that I did not want the money and did not mind giving her time to look for the items The woman refused to look for the items, took the tag off the dress and told my husband that she did not have time to look so just take the money and go. In fear that the woman (who was very frustrated and starting to become very aggressive with my husband) I told my husband that although she offered money the items that were lost were worth more that that but told him to leave The woman than took money of her pocket and slammed it on the counter
