      I purchased this cyclone stool at the ********************, August 2023.Paid cash for the chair, was not given a receipt. Chair was defective upon opening it up, right out of the package Have sent several emails to the company regarding this issue and they will not stand by their product because I do not have a receipt. I was not given a receipt at the State Fair when I purchased it. The stool has never been used, and it was a defective product. I have left several messages with no reply. The plastic nodules are stripped in several areas not allowing the stool to support any weight. Please see photos.

      *************** reached out via email on 6/24/24, the above attached files show our original response on 6/24/24, and other responsed to her emails. *************** stated that she purchased a Cyclone seat at the ******************** in August of 2023. *************** did not purchase the seat directly through us so we had no record of purchase, nor could she provide any. She emailed us 10 months after she said she purchased the seat and stated, "I purchased a cyclone seat at the *************** fair last August. I gave it as a Christmas gift to my husband, he used it for the first time in June". I have copied and pasted the warranty that is on the Cycloneseat.com website:

      Warranty: 
      Cyclone Seats are warrantied against manufacturers defects for one year from date of purchase in the ****
      A receipt or proof of purchase (credit card statement) is required for all warranty claims. If you have lost your receipt, we will replace the seat one time at 1/2 price. 
      We cannot provide refunds if you did not purchase your Cyclone Seat directly from us.

      I am rejecting this response because the cyclone chair was defective upon purchase, never used. The chair will stand straight up on its own, but if anyone tries to sit on it, it collapses. As I initially stated, the reason it took 10 months to reach out is because it was a gift for my husband who was planning on using it during baseball season while he coaches. It did not support his weight the first time he sat on it, as the plastic nobs were broken in several areas. I do not have a receipt because we paid CASH at the ******************** and we were not given a receipt for this product. They literally handed the chair to us in the bag that it is stored in, see attached photo of bag. I would not be asking for anything from the company if we had used the chair, but since it was a DEFECTIVE and unused, I would like a replacement. Please see attached photos of the NEW condition of the chair.  At the fair when I was talking to the sales guy and he stated he goes to many trade shows a year and sells these chairs. That is the reason I am reaching out to your company because he stated that he worked for Cyclone Chairs.  I should not be responsible for a defective, unused item.

      As stated before, we did not sell the Cyclone Seat to ***************, we have no record of her purchase because she purchased from a reseller and she has no receipt. We would have gladly sent her a new seat if she provided a receipt. Our warranty, which is posted on our website is below, we would have also sold her another seat at 1/2 price as stated in our warranty:

      We purchased a cyclonseat at a county fair in *********, ** on July 2nd, 2023. We bought 2, as there was a deal to make it cheaper when you buy 2 together. The product is a "camping seat" of sorts, meant to fold up very small into a circle for easy carrying in a case, but you can then pop it open and use it as a seat or small table when camping, at a picnic, a concert, etc. The product claims it can hold 400 pounds. We took the seats home to ******* where we live, and went to a concert a couple weeks later and brought the seats. Within 30 minutes of sitting on the seat, my daughter's boyfriend, who is nowhere near 400 pounds, was sitting on it when it broke underneath him, causing him to fall off and roll over. Luckily he was not injured, but he very easily could have been. I took photos and emailed the company. Never heard back. I also tried calling and leaving a message (nobody answers the phone) and did not hear back. I simply wanted a new one, as perhaps the one I had was a lemon or defective, at the least, or my money back, and have not been able to get a hold of anybody at the company.
