    Old Faithful Company LLC workmanship was poor and left us with an unfinished kitchen. The issues are many and are the following:The kitchen island was installed at an angle (not squared) and they did not place the island over the electrical in the floor. They left us with 10 holes in our new hardwood flooring because it had to be moved. They installed a desk cabinet over an electrical outlet. They drilled the holes for the sink cabinet at an angle and bent the plumbing to fit their holes. They tore up the ram board and that was to protect the flooring and put together cabinets directly on the hardwood flooring. I specifically stated no sawing in the house and they used a table saw in the house when we were not there, because I walked in on them and saw it. They damaged the pantry walls by not cutting the butcher block countertop correctly and jammed it in to fit. They installed cabinets directly on top of the ram board in the bathrooms. The installers were incompetent and careless. They agreed and were supposed to install all our k**** and handles that I purchased and then did not because they weren't Cabinets To Go handles. At the beginning of the job I asked if the owner would be on site for the install and was told "yes" only to find out that he left his untrained installers on site. All the errors that we kept finding was because we were on site more than the owner. His installers need to be supervised and properly trained, which they are not. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
