    I received a Joyor y7 scooter on January 11th 2023. I ordered it on www.joyorscooters.com I ordered the scooter for my business. The first problem was the scooter didn't have the proper instructions to assemble. I was able to look online on ******* and finally figure it out. Now since I received the product the companies has never ever responded to my emails. I paid $849.99 which includes a 4 year warranty. On May 22nd my Scooter has failed with a e1 error message. I continue to reach out and still no response. This is a fraudulent company that needs to be held accountable. Im out of not just the $849.99 but also business expenses like mileage etc. The phone number they have listed isn't valid. I also reached out to their Instagram account and still no solution. I would like a full refund of my money.

    there,like 5 days ago i made this complaint but i think you didn't receive ithereby im going to start this again:so straight to the point joyor company wont answer me and won't honor the warranty.,Like 4 to 5 months ago i purchased an electric scooter through **** with an authorized joyor sellerunfortunately in less than 2 months it started failing like it was powering off itself and some of the controller bottoms were acting up.,long story:they sent me a controller system & display screen in which i was able to do it myself,it took like 3 months doing all this & dealing with them.So after those 3 months i went outside to check the scooter but this time it wont accelerateafter doing everything they told me to,many things also i made videos showing the issue & trying to accelerate was i was outside but they keeping asking me the same over & over again,til i said i was tired & they need to fix the scooter or exchange it but they refused to reply many times,i wrote joyor ***************************** but after knowing my order number they wont answer,til i told them i was gonna take further legal stepsso joyor.com asked my phone number..so we texted each other but again suddenly they wont text me.Note: i have all **** messages as emails and phone messagesyou can see they seems to be playing with **** attached some few only.All i want is justice and i hope this is the only step i have to take cause im really tired dealing with this.,i only used the scooter like 10 times in a period of less than 2 ********** been trying to fix this in a time of 3 to 4 months.,well thank you very much and i hope to hear back from you.

    Well,its a long story but i gonna try to get to the point:. I bought an electric scooter through **** a joyor authorized seller but after less than 2 months it started failing....so long story...**** seller send me a controller system then a screen lcd display in which i was able to do it by myself....so then everything seems to be working properly until i took the scooter outside and i wasn't able to **************...the first issue was the scooter was power off itself and some bottoms were acting up or in different way....thats why i changed system controller & display screen but even after that i couldn't accelerate,all this occurs in about 2 to 3 months so then i told **** guys that i couldn't accelerate...they asked me to try things on the scooter to see if it works doing that like but even doing everything they told me me to... nothing would really fix this issue., after 3 months i told **** guys that i couldn't do anything myself but there was a workshop close by my house that can fix this...but they always refuse to answer me.... there's alot of this **** guys i haven't say about they were pretending not understanding me,lies, discrepancies, partial refund they told me *** gonna give me back etc. But nothing...Since 3 months *** not reply back anymore,i decided to contact joyor.com joyor.us.com and as soon as they asked me abot order nmber they stop replying back to me as well,til i told them i was gona take legal steps...so then joyor.com reply asked me for my phone number or Whatsapp (app) he wanted me to have a video call with him i said well a video call is not necessary then we started talking through WhatsApp message he asked me my order number again,date i buy,where i buy from etc but at the end he stop replying meback.I have all conversations from everyone they wont honor me warranty,its almost 4 months tryng to fix dis & only less than 2 mths i had used my scooter not fair,i need help with dis i hope you can help...thank you
