    on oct 15th 2024 I ordered 2 daisy bras , I received them on oct 24th 2024 , they didn't fit so i reached out to them to let them know i wanted to exchange for a different size or for a complete refund they told me someone would contact me within 24 hours I waited and no response this was on oct 24 again on oct 26th I sent them another email and still no response I paid *****

    On 7/6/24, I placed an order with Fiona Charm for a "Daisy ***** Their ad states that this bra is made for "senior women". I was charged $26.58, however, the bra did NOT fit. Although it was a 3XL, which is my size, it was made overseas and very small for my size. Their advertising also states "that there is no problem is making a return". I have sent them several emails REQUESTING A RETURN. I received a response that they are now offering me a 50% discount if I decide to keep the bra, and a 50% discount on another order. I stated to them that I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS, THAT I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN ANY OFFERS, AND I WANTED A FULL REFUND OF THE MONEY THAT I PAID THEM! Consequently, after my final email to them, I HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD FROM THEM. I feel they do not stand up to their refund policies and try to keep half of the customers' money! I am requesting a full refund of the purchase price. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Also, they should state on their website, that their products are imported from *****. I thought I was purchasing from an **************** when I placed this order.
