    Ordered 3 bras from them, that are absolutely not the size I ordered. False advertisements. The company states - have return polices, are nowhere to be found. No ph for ***************** The items come actually from ***** or someplace else for very tiny people, which is not disclosed on the immediate website, its hidden someplace, so it cannot be found easily. If I had known that I would have never ordered from them, Wish to have my money back, but no way to contact them.

    I ordered 4 bras from them. The bras are not the size I ordered and do not fit.There is no way to get a refund and no phone number for customer service. They say they have a refund policy, but no way to.choose it.I want to return these and get a refund.

    On June 24, 2024, I placed an order #*****-27045 (2 - bra's) through this business Luxy Sense. Yesterday, I received a message that my items were delivered. I went outside to the front of my house I do have a basket for deliveries there wasn't anything then I went to my mailbox I thought maybe the items were placed in the mailbox and still nothing. The email that I received indicating about my delivery I replied indicating that I had received an email regarding my delivery, but there wasn't anything delivered. I did receive a response from Ms. *** indicating that it had been delivered the email had a picture of a house. I replied back to Ms. *** letting her know the picture she sent in the email is not my address and/or residence at this point time since cannot be delivered to correct address. I am requesting a full refund of $37.94

    I ordered two bras supposedly designed by an elderly lady. They arrived from *****. Substandard quality and not the specific size I ordered. I ordered 38 DD but instead received a wild card size 5XL. Contacted company who offered 50% refund. I expect all my money back. I need a prepaid label to return bras This is merely another scam they have perpetrated on the elderly

    I purchased 5 bras,tried to return them, they are too small and cheaply made,luxySense want to give me half of my money back, and I keep it these too small cheaply made bras,and i find someone to give them to, Is their suggestion,this company appears to be a fraud
