This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a business. We hired this company after the hurricane in January of 2023. That was mistake number one. They appeared to be very professional and concerned about repairing our roof. It is now a year later, and we are still waiting on the shingles to lay down flat. They have been to our home on six different occasions or more to repair work that they have stated was completed. They give you excuse after excuse for why it was not done properly and that they will fix it. As stated earlier, it is now a year later, and it looks like everything is just about completed. I grew up being taught-"Do it right the first time or don't do it at all." There are now enough holes in our roof to make me wonder if the roof is going to leak after the next big storm. From my experience, hire this company if you have a lot of free time and are ready to listen to a lot of "we will take care of it!"

Fraser Roofing were excellent to work with. They are very professional, and knowledgeable. ***************** was our sales representative and he provided wonderful and personal customer service.We trusted them to roof our new construction home, and we couldn't be more pleased with their work. The roofing crew was hard-working, skilled, and did a fast and professional job and they cleaned up after themselves. It was easy to see that these guys knew what they were doing, and they take pride in their work.This is the company you hire when you want peace of mind. They actually care about doing a great job. 5 starsWas looking to replace my roof due to age. Had reached out to at least 6 companies. The Fraser roof rep was both very knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through the entire process. I was working nights at the time so was concerned about the job lasting late in the afternoon into early evening potentially impacting my sleep time. I shared my concern with the job lead and he assured me they would be done and sure enough, they were. They did a great job and I have a great warranty. He put me in contact with the local office here in ************!! I was contacted by ****** and he was a pleasure to work with!! I cant say enough about how much I loved working with **** at Fraser Roofing! Because we had to relocate to ********** several years ago, we had been renting our home out in *******. **** not only communicated extensively with me and my insurance company, but also took care of scheduling with my tenants to make sure it was as easy a process as possible all around.
