My husband and I booked this hotel for the weekend. He got there before me, when he gets there the door doesnt lock all the way they asked did we want to switch my husband was tired so he said no. Then as the day goes on we go to leave in the door handle comes off completely we had trouble getting in and out the room we told front desk he said maintenance guy was coming no one never came the whole weekend we had trouble getting out this room. We had to take all valuables because we were scared then even scared to sleep at night we put a chair there cause we felt unsafe. In the front desk never asked were we ok nothing. Not even an apology. In the room was up to par needed to be cleaned some more and the water pressure was insane soon as you turn the faucet on water would go all over the place . This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had an I would like a refund.

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Our front desk clerk promptly addressed the issue with the door lock and reported that the problem was due to the door not being properly closed. The clerk offered to relocate you to a different room at no extra cost. Still, you preferred to stay in the same room and indicated that everything was satisfactory. We aim to address all concerns promptly and effectively, and we appreciate your understanding. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you as you stayed for the entire reservation.
