I visit this establishment on December 28, 2023 I requested a pedicure with an overlay on my big toes to shape them better. Approximately one month later, my toe nail started oozing out clear liquid that I could not explain. So I visited a nail salon to have it removed and get a new pedicure but doing an overlook of my feet the nail technician noticed the same clear liquid coming from under my big my toenail. During the removal of my big toenail my actual real left toenail completely came off. I was devastated emotional that we went ahead and removed the right nail overlay, my right big toenail had not come completely off but the majority of it did. I spent $135 at luxury nails and I was extremely upset. I called luxury nails today January 31, **** to informed them of this discrepancy, and to also notify them that I would like my entire refund back for my services the manager, which I spoke to whose name I did not get basically told me that it was my fault that I already had a toe infection and that my toenail cannot fall off within a month and that he only gets the best quality and luxury products and that his customers of 10+20 years has never had this happened to them he even went further to show a customer my picture in which he asked me to send him of my toenail so that she can clarify that what he was saying was true. The woman Im assuming is his wife and the second owner to the nail salon is the one who did my toes. I informed him of this. And told him that if I had an infected toe, she then proceeded to put an overlay on an infected toe, causing my toe to fall off if that were true by what he was stating to me he again tried to convince me that his nail salon only has the best products he asked me for before and after pictures and said that it was not his nail salons fault and told me that I could go ahead and do whatever I needed to do while also offering me to come back in and receive the same services for free.
