      I was discharged without notice and or reason. The handling was unprofessional and rude. The initial staff was nice and I never met the doctor. Never got a full layout of what the plan was for me. Just medicated and advised to do surgeries.

      I was seeing ***************** on a regular basis. I was receiving pain medication management and procedures. I trusted this doctor more than any I have seen previously due to him finding certain medical things that others didnt. Mainly a counting discrepancy in my backbones. With this practice you are required to don **** urine screens. I told the provider a reason I failed one was because I wasnt taking the medicine because it was not working. The next **** screen I had showed that substance but it was because I was in the emergency room and had been administered something while in the hospital that shows up the same on their **** screen. I without a doubt knew that it would show up and even contacted them after I was in the hospital to make sure they were aware of it. At my next appointment I was discharged due to having a pain medicine while in the hospital. Most pain management Ive asked will say you cannot fill prescriptions from other doctors while under their care. Which I did not do! I was discharged and was left with pain and no follow up after a procedure I had just had. . Other spine and pain places Ive called do not take my insurance and I have been without a physician overseeing this specific problem for over a month now. I contacted the office after I realized that what showed up on the **** screen was from the hospital and they would not even consider keeping me as a patient. While they have always been courteous and great, this was so unexpected and I was left shocked and with problems that needed to be addressed.
