    Purchased a 2008 Saturn Vue from ******* Elite Auto in **************, **. When we looked a vehicle, we were told by the Sales Manager, ****, that over 20 inspection points were done on this vehicle and it was a safe and good vehicle for our daughter and 2 grandchildren. One month later, we find out from our mechanic that this is a death trap with the entire frame and axil being completely rusted out. Our mechanic has offered to go to court with us if we choose to file suit against this company. They are refusing to take responsibility for what they sale.

    Vehicle was paid off in September of 2020. Ive called the business multiple times in 2020 and ****************************************************************************************************************** I waited a few months and called again and was told by ****** that she wasnt in the office but if I could call her back she should be in the office later. I would call once a week and get the same story. Eventually she asked me to send her an email with my information to ***************** I sent the email and never got a response back. I was recently told to contact the department of revenue by a family member and I did so on 8/9/22. Unfortunately the title was received by the business in 2019 and without a lien release form they cant provide me a copy of the title. As you can see, getting in touch with this business has been a pain and apparently theyre not in the same spot on ******** Road.
