    ON JANUARY 3,2024 I SPOKE TO MR. ********************** ABOUT FIXING MY 2011 **** TAURUS SHO. I SENT HIM PICTURES OF THE *** AND HE SAID HE COULD FIX IT. MR ********************** CAME TO MY HOUSE THE VERY NEXT DAY AND LOOKED OVER THE VEHICLE AND HE SAID YES HE COULD FIX IT. I TOLD MR. ********************** THAT IF IT WAS GOING TO COST ME MORE THAN THE *** IS WORTH I WILL JUST BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE HE SAID NO NO NO THIS IS WHAT I DO HE WOULD LET ME KNOW ONCE HE GOT THE *** BACK TO HIS SHOP AND LOOKED OVER THE VEHICLE.ON 1-5-24 MR. ********************** CAME TO GET THE *** AND I GAVE HIM $500.00 SO HE COULD START BUYING THE PARTS. ONCE HE GOT THE VEHICLE TO HIS SHOP AND LOOKED OVER HE CALLED AND SAID HE COULD GET IT DONE FOR $4000.00 HE THEN ASKED FOR $2000.00 FOR THE PARTS AND HE CAME TO MY HOUSE TO PICK IT UP AND 2WEEKS LATER HE ASKED FOR THE $1200 FOR LABOR AND I CASH APP IT TO HIM.WEEKS LATER I CALLED HIM CAUSE I HAVENT HEARD FROM HIM AND HE STATED THAT THERE WERE 2 SCREWS STUCK IN THE TRANSMISSION MOUNT AND HE WAS HAVING A HARD **** GETTING THEM OUT AND DAYS LATER HE SAID THERE IS A CRACK IN THE TRANSMISSION AND IT WAS GOING TO COST AN ADDITIONAL $2499 PLUS TAX AND OTHER ESSENTIALS LIKE FLUID AND FILTER. I THEN ASKED WHY YOU DIDNT TELL ME THIS AT THE **** YOU DID THE INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE AND HE SAID HE DIDNT KNOW I FEEL LIKE HE PUNCTURED IT WHEN HE WAS TRYING TO TAKE THE ***** OUT . AFTER THAT I WENT TO GET MY VEHICLE BECAUSE WHEN HE LOOKED OVER THE VEHICLE HE NEVERED MENTIONED A PROBLEM OR CRACK WITH THE TRANSMISSION SO THEREFORE I WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I GAVE HIM WHAT HE ASKED FOR AND I GOT NOTHING OUT THE DEAL BECAUSE MY *** IS STILL NOT FIXED
