    Absolutely terrible!! Took 3 weeks to install a mini-split, tried to up the charges after this company made mistakes, which I refused. ******* had the audacity to ASSUME I was going to HELP him install it!! Repeatedly showed up late, or not at all, and never had all the materials for the job. It was always an excuse to leave and come back another day.After 3 weeks, it still wasnt installed properly and the leaked in my BRAND NEW FINISHED BASEMENT. Just having had surgery, I was out of commission for weeks. When I was able to contact *******, he refused to finish the job unless I paid more for HIS mistakes!!

    The agreed price for a 3 Head Mini Split I quote Mr *********************** ****** was $3600 but the Distributer quoted me the wrong price for the equipment, they gave me straight cool instead of heat pump prices, so i explained the price difference with *************** and we made calls but all where beyond his budget, i was prepared to issue *************** a refund but he Found one on Amazon that was alot cheaper, so all of the Equipment and ******** would end up at the $3600 price point, so I told *************** that another $500 would have to be added for the labor which is a extremly low cost for labor, i did that because the error the distributer made, so after most of the work was done, **************** went M.I.A on me and would not answer phone calls and when he did answer it was always a sob story or and excuse, this went on for about almost 3 months, then one day out the blue he calls me and says he ready for me to come and finish, and i told him to pay the labor and he catches Amnesia and say he didnt agree to the $500 and that his system was leaking and Nic Picking about certain cosmetics and things that need to be done, I have a 5 year labor warranty on all my work and i told him im not comming back out if he doesnt pay the $500 and he refuse to pay so I refuse to come out, *************** has disputed the card transaction and tried to get the money back and lost the dispute from his own bank, now he's trying to slander my name on here, i guess this guy wants me to work for him for free and thats something i dont do

     *************************** is an absolute liar!! ******* made a another invoice weeks after agreeing to honor the original quote. I have BOTH invoices and original emails with date/ time stamps. Hes lying.

     His company MADE A MISTAKE and he said he would honor the original quote. The invoice he provided in his response a fake!! He made that invoice AFTER I told him no would not pay more (multiple times) but he said he would still do the job because the error was on his end. 

    ******* came to me trying to get more money, $500, which was the amount of the mistake his company made. He wanted me to pay for the mistake after saying he would accept the discrepancy, I NEVER agreed to pay more money in anyway.

    ******* told me he would finish the job and never came back. He KNEW I was injured on my job and I told him I was having surgery. I was out of commission for weeks, in the hospital several times, and on medication. I contacted him once I was able and he said I had to pay him MORE money to come back and finish. He wanted more money because he expected ME TO HELP HIM, but when I refused he had to hire someone. Which cost him a lot of money because it took him WEEKS to do the job.

    *************************** also charged me for materials (a $78 duct fan) completely unrelated to the job he was hired for. See the attached documents. NEVER showed up on time and NEVER had all the materials he was supposed to have. It took him weeks to do a job that was supposed to take 2 days!!

    I am rejecting this response because:

    *************************** AGREED to do the job for the ORIGINAL QUOTE. The invoice PROVES the $500 labor was included.

    $2700 AC Unit

    $640 line set

    $25 drain lines

    Disconnect Box $75

    electrical whip $50

    $500 labor

    Total: $3990 

    Subtract Error -$500

    Final total: $3490

    Total paid: $3600

    **Original quote was for an AC UNIT that *************************** was supposed to provide. He admitted the error was on his end and said he would absorb that cost. It was HIS suggestion to find a cheaper alternative, and we did, for approximately $600 less than the unit he quoted me for. So that $600 should have been his profit margin, plus the additional $110 I paid over the $3490 total.

    But ******* made errors on the invoice and did not give an accurate quote for ALL materials. Nor did he account for needing to hire help, because HE ASSUMED I would help. Those reasons are why he lost money.

    At NO POINT, did I ever say yes I would pay more. We had this conversation 3 separate times and I never agreed. Instead of buying the right materials upfront, providing an accurate quote, and doing the job in the time it should have taken. ******* verbally told me he would get the job done because he wanted to do it right and he stands by his work. He has not done that.

    I found out my house isnt the first one he has destroyed.

    I had a heating and cooling unit put in my house by Atlanta Preventative Maintance *************************** ************ I started having problems and when calling he says that he is coming but never come, I have a 5/yr maintenance plan. He never once came. The air stop working, then last winter the heat stop working, he was called several times by now my deceased son, and now I have his children, so I called a certified HVAC to check it out, first he said Atlanta Preventative *********************** had put in a 14/2 wire, when it should have been a large wire, to pull the unit, he said because it had heat strips in it, and it was tripping the breaker, he said it a wonder my house didnt catch on fire and putting my life in danger. At this time I got to replace all the wiring, the guy started 10/22/2022, by first replacing the outside wiring from the unit, which was a 14/2 wire running to the main power source , and now the wiring in the ceiling got to be replaced. This is very hard on me after losing my son on 09/20, and I will like to recover some of the money I am paying out for breakers, wire for 50ft cost almost $300.00 and labor
