    Almost two months ago I paid a down payment of $3150 to Turner brothers to install an HVAC system in my house. After they didnt show for three different appointments I tried to get a refund. It has been 5 weeks since I requested a refund and the owner and company has completely ghosted me and will not return any call. And after doing some research on the owner and company it appears they are not even licensed to work in **. This company is a scam and they have stolen 3k from me and royally screwed me over just days before I had to report to my new duty station in Fort Eisenhower.
