    On March 16, 2023, I contacted this company via Instagram and signed up for their dispatching course. I paid for the upgraded mentorship of $125 which I sent via cash app. I was given a time for the following week. No one contacted me and I messaged them via Instagram to which I had done for everything else. I did not get a response. I waited several more days to which I contacted them about a different service they provided. They responded for that. I then contacted them in July but no response and September to which I got a rude comment response. I explained what I was told and wanted a refund since I did not get the service (mentorship) that I paid for. I have sent emails as well and no other response from the company. I just want my refund which I requested several times for services not provided.

    There were multiple attempts to get this customer added to the schedule. The customer had a medical complaint each and every time we tried to get her scheduled. She would always reach out but either didnt respond or said she was having a medical issue and couldnt make it.

    I am rejecting this response because:  With the first appointment set in March, there wasn't any contact from this company. I waited by my phone anticipating a call or message but nothing.  I sent several other messages and  I initiated all contact and barely got any response. I waited thinking they would contact me but no one ever did. The medical issue wasn't the issue. I rescheduled appointments so that I could be available for this appointment. The appointment day was made two times and this company never contacted me either time.  I contacted them via email and their Instagram website at the appointment time, I heard no response.

    Theres no other response. What she is saying is simply not what happened. Our appts were not met because she had migraines and wasnt able to get on a call.

    I am rejecting this response because:  excuses are being made using my issue with migraines as a reason why they never contacted me. I have phone records to show no one called, left voice messages, emails, or text messages. I waited on them to contact me and I have tried to contact them but no one ever reached out. They only responded when I was interested in another service ei trying to get an EIN, Logo, or LLC.  The representative for the company stated no services was  never provided. They should just return the money.

    This is the Instagram messages that was sent and received. I paid for the class in question via cash app. (the other class was paid online through their website) I just want a refund for the mentorship that was not provided.

    In the first week of July 2022 the company posted an offer for 6 months of credit repair for a one-time fee of $99 on ******* and Instagram. I reached out to them via direct message on Instagram on July 08, 2022 and they responded, advising of the aforementioned and that we would need to speak by phone. On July 09, 2022, the page sent me a business CashApp name, $kurtzlogisticsgroup, to submit payment for $300 as I was paying for credit repair for myself & 2 others. The payment was submitted on July 11, 2022. On the same day, the business requested names and phone numbers to contact me and the two other individuals. I sent the information on July 12th. On July 19th, I sent a direct message to the company asking if calls had begun and was informed that we were "on the list" for that week. After weeks of no contact, updates or service I sent another message on August 29, 2022, which showed as seen by the page. The message asked about the status of the credit repair but I did not receive a response. The post for credit repair on the business Instagram no longer appeared. A follow up message was sent to Kurtz on the following day requesting a refund; again the message showed as seen without a response. I checked their social media page on Instagram shortly thereafter only to realize that I had been blocked. I have already reached out to CashApp, but received no assistance or refund.

    Hello, you 100% have the wrong business. We are a freight dispatch/broker company. We dont do anything with credit repair. We dont do any business using Cashapp We apologize but it sounds like you may have been scammed by someone.
