    Moving service where my property was held hostage while they kept demanding more cash. more than double the agreed upon quote. They are an unlicensed moving company.

    We apologize that we were not able to meet your expectations.  We explained the 3 hour minimum and you said it was only going to be 3 hours. At completion you were charged for $165/hr for 7 hours of labor. There was no scam. All paperwork was reviewed with client. Our pros took a 30 minute break that was deducted from the total. It is unfortunate that our move is getting a 1 star rating. Our movers provided excellent service and provided additional support to ensure all of your items made it, nothing broken. It took 7 hours with our pros working as fast & diligently as possible, all while you were expecting it to be done in 3 hours. Again it truly saddens us that the amount of time, effort, & price of your move deserved a 1 star. 

    Again, we apologize for your experience.It is unfortunate that we were not able to meet your expectations during your move as Star Moving Services and our pros strive to give our clients an exceptional and pleasant moving experience.

    I am rejecting this response because: You did not provide a refund. You lied AGAIN. Your guys disappeared for 3 hours with my property then began demanding Cash when they did arrive. They demanded cash no less than 8-12 times. This should've been around a 6-7 hundred dollar move. You charged close to *******. You're not a licensed moving company in the state of *******. Now that you have began harassing me and my company with threatening calls, text , and false post online. I have began the legal process down every avenue available.

    *Alert* ****************** has sued several moving companies including two men and a truck for insurance. We are now being targeted by *****************. We have video proof that ****************** was indeed reimbursed for this move in full, even though the events listed by ****************** are false.

    I am rejecting this response because: He's still not telling the truth. I hired the company (Star Moving Services) through Angi's List (****). See attached contract. This should be a challenging week for Star Moving Services and the owner with all the legal actions being served.
