I had my car serviced through *******. He was excellent with helping me get my car serviced. He ensured my car was taken to the back right away and it wasnt a long wait at all. With so many customers to pass his way he remembers everyones name. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to ******* ********.

If I could give zero stars I would, Ms ***** was great and tried her best to correct their error however their new GM with the authority to make their mistake chose not to. Mr. **** ******* needs training immediately in **************** and problem resolution. I reached out the ***** and ******* on Monday inquiring about a 2024 ***** on their lot. I was sent a buyers order, turned it in to my credit union signed the paperwork at 2 on Tuesday. Informed ***** the ************ was overnighting the check to them via Fed Ex and I would travel from *********** to pick the car up. I was texted at 10:00 am your going to be mad I have to call you. Me thinking something simple car isnt detailed something of that nature only to be told after ******* left at 8 pm. Another manager sold the vehicle and didnt read the notes the car was already sold, I waited all day for **** ******* to call me for him to get ride with me and tell me he cant produce another car. No offee offer of a resolution other than putting me in a car ***** more than what the car I was buying was supposed to be or knocking off 500 dollars on a used car. I have to pay interest on the loan that made out to Toyota of Nalley. Again I spoke to Mr. ******* and asked for details on when the check would be mailed back to the credit union and for his corporate office to call me since he was unable to offer me any resolution to his employees mistake. Instead he said well if you want to talk to corporate this conversation ends now. Basically he doesnt want his negligence to be exposed. I have yet to be emailed details on *** Ex or provided corporate number. I will find the number to corporate and make sure they are aware of the situation to protect another person from this terrible General Manager that is rude, arrogant, and lacks any common decency.

I went to Nalley Toyota Stonecrest for an oil change on my 2020 ***** RX 350. The advisor asked if I wanted my tires rotated and I said no, all I wanted was an oil change. I usually have my car serviced at Nalley ***** but went to Toyota because I only needed an oil change and it was closer to where I live than Nalley *****. After waiting for 2 hours, the advisor called me to let me know she sent me a text saying that I need several things done, one of which needed urgent attention. The items they said I needed totaled $2400 which included replacing the axle on the front passenger side that they said was leaking. I decided to decline all the services. After I left I looked at the receipt and saw that they put my service down as a ****** mile service, which I didn't need or ask for because I had already had that done at Nalley ***** a few months before. The following week I called my service manager at Nalley ***** to tell her Toyota's findings and she advised me to bring my car in. Long story short, ***** did not find anything wrong with my car and I didn't need any of the repairs that Toyota suggested. From what I was told, Nalley Toyota should have been able to see my service records at Nalley ***** and they should have known that I had already had my ****** mile service and had I needed an axle replaced my car was still under warranty. I truly feel that this was an attempt to try to get me to pay for repairs I didn't need. I won't ever go back to Nalley Toyota and would advise anyone that is told they need repairs there to get a second opinion. By the way, I called the service manager (********) and the general manager (**** ******) to voice my concerns and had to leave a message for both but no one has bothered to return my call.

Greedy people who work at Nalley Toyota in the financial department and Toyota allows it. Taking advantage and saying that you are in Ministry is evil and demonic. My credit Score is great yet that thing who work in the financial department did me wrong by selling me a car for 7.34% interest rate. They all think it's funny. This Toyota at StoneCrest says they don't have a return policy. Very dishonest. Be very careful.

I understand your concerns and regret that you feel dissatisfied with the financing process. I want to clarify that you qualified for the highest tier and the lowest interest rate possible. The 7.34% rate was what the bank offered for the maximum 78-month term, and we did not mark it up to gain any additional profit. We aim to conduct professional and honest business, and Id be happy to discuss this further to address any remaining questions or concerns.Sincerely,**** ****** General Manager, Nalley Toyota Stonecrest **************

I am really upset and very angry. Your sales Rep ******* Caused a bad judgement call to my car. This mistake could have caused my car to set on fire, if not resolved or fixed. The sales manger **** ***** took off $100 off my bill. This mistake was horrible. I am seeking a full refund and an apology from the sales Rep ******* **** ***** the manager was very helpful in trying to resolve this horrible mistake.

Stonecrest Toyota did a bate and switch on selling me a 2023 Toyota Camry. They told me about 1 car black that had 10k miles and while we were working on the paperwork, the salesman ****, stuck his head in and said that car had been sold and he had another car for me. That care had a dent on the back and had 69k miles and cost more. **** then told me they could knock the dent out and make it like new. That was May 28 and today is June 27 and I still don't have a car that the insurance and car payment is due.

Nalley Toyota took over a botched job by ******** Shop by State Farm. The body shop turned it over to Nalley Toyota, because they indicated it was a manufacturer error.(fuel pump and sensors). Nalley said they would fix it, but M/M need to pay them.It finally got fixed, but Toyota would not release my car, until paid. When I picked up the car. The car was dirty inside and out. was not aware of the inside until I drove home. 2 sets of tech worked on the car. Toyota is ungratful to their customers. need to repair it right.

Took my 2018 Toyota Tacoma in for a recall in June 2023 they found considerable amount of MOLD because of the recall they end up keeping the vehicle for five months to get rid of the mold, and was told by the manager, ************************* that they would compensate me With a voucher for future service or parts, which I never received, and when I called or tried to reach out to Mr. ************************** he would ignore my calls and not return them.

Our car has been in the body shop for over a month at this point. They mismanaged our case and did not submit a claim until a week later thought hey said the parts were available and provided all the information and yet 2.5 weeks later and 12 voicemails later with no response we had to go meet in person again only to know they didnt have the parts and claim was not submitted in time to the insurance company and they were blaming the insurance company when all communication was provided with proof that it was not insurance companys fault. This is unacceptable. We are now having to pay out of pocket costs due to the negligence act by Toyota Stonecrest Body Shop and are concerned what is happening with our vehicle. I need someone to assist because it is extremely concerning.

This dealership is filled with a bunch of fast talking people who dont know much about the vehicle their selling. The carfax that they give I believe is altered. I was told that the vehicle I was purchasing was not damaged. Damages on the car were poorly repaired. I didnt see the damages until I seen the vehicle in the day time. The vehicle originated in a flood zone thats not mentioned in the carfax. I have rusted door jam and bolts on the engine. And to charge me new car prices for a car that was swimming with the fish. Im very disappointed in this dealer.
