Hi, I would like to bring to your attention that A Pro Booting LLC Business Number ****** appears to be booting cars without proper reason, as well as without an active license to boot cars in the City of ********Type: Vehicle Immobilization License Year: 2024 Status: Expired Applied Date: 02/23/2024 Issued Date 02/23/2024 Expiration Date 12/31/2024 Last night they booted a car with a guest pass and they have refused to remove the boots- yes, they double booted the car for reasons unknown- and they refused to provide their license number; stating that only management can provide this information, however it is public information and required to operate as you know. I spoke directly with who l believe is a "********* *****" **************. He did not provide his name, I was able to identify him by information provided and a little bit of research. This LLC has a third party answering service, and I called back requesting all business permit and licensing information in order to verify the legitimacy of their company. They never returned my call, but they called the owner of the car who also requested a call shortly before my second inquiry. I strongly suspect they have intentionally ignored my call. I have also requested all licensing and permit information via email from their website; which only has options to pay. Please advise and provide the next steps for getting these double boots removed from the vehicle of my guest who was in no way trespassing. Please advise on how all who have paid the seemingly unlicensed operation of this LLC should report this, if it is at all possible for you to do so.

Nature of the Problem: Unjust Parking Boot Application and Lack of Response On December 4th, 2024, at The Connector, a parking boot was applied to my vehicle by Aprobooting. The company claims the boot was placed at 8:30 PM due to non-payment. However, I was actively completing my parking payment at that time, with a time-stamped receipt showing payment finalized at 8:34 PM.Evidence Supporting My Claim:Time-Stamped Receipt: Confirms my parking payment was completed at 8:34 PM, within minutes of my arrival.Location Data: Life360 tracking indicates I arrived at the building at approximately 8:28 PM.Timeline of Events: After parking my vehicle, I immediately initiated the payment process. It is unreasonable to assume a boot was applied within the short span of time between my arrival and completing payment.Additional Concerns:I was initially required to pay $75 to have the boot removed. The individual who handled the booting reduced the fee by $10 (seemed sketchy), and instructed me to send $65 via Zelle. Additionally, he suggested I dispute the charges, implying that the enforcement process was flawed.I have attempted to resolve this issue directly with Aprobooting by sending an email as instructed and following up with phone calls. However, I have received no response. This lack of communication has only heightened my frustration and concern about the companys practices.Problem Summary:Aprobooting prematurely applied the parking boot without allowing reasonable time for me to comply with payment requirements. Despite clear evidence supporting my claim, and even the acknowledgment of the enforcement agent that the charge was questionable, I have been unable to get a resolution from the company. This incident feels exploitative and raises concerns about the transparency and professionalism of Aprobootings operations.

On Sunday, September 8, ***************************** to advise that a boot was placed on my car. I am severely disabled, have a legal handicap parking tag. I rented a vehicle this week to be able to handle business for my ailing sister who is dying and to handle other business matters to keep from paying a lot of money for **** and Lyft rides. A Pro Booting, illegally booted my rental car which delayed me from being able to handle to see about my ailing sister. I have photos of my handicap card, the boot on my rented vehicle and my rental contract. Thank you for all you do and for your assistance with ensuring this company is sued and put out of business.

This booting company is money hungry and scamming people. Last night, (05/08/2024) I decided to stay in ********************* because thats where the Airbnb I booked was located. I followed instructions and everything and parked in the guest parking as it said in all capital letters and still got booted by this scam company that only takes payments through Zelle or cash app.this is not even a real company nor are they partnered through the city of APD. They need to be shut down. Nowhere on the Airbnb instructions did it say that guests will be booted IF they park in the guest location or spots.

I was booted in ************************** complex on the guest side where I was told to park. The following day I called to get the boot removed and they told me it was $75 and I had to pay through some suspicious link that told me to pay through cash app or Zelle. The Airbnb that I stayed at said to park in the visitor side in big bold letters and said if we did not we would get booted. This company is not even through the city of *******. They are scamming people trying to make money.

I stayed overnight with a friend and was booted because we forgot to put the guest parking pass in my window but they did have one. I was bullied over the phone by the representative to pay or not have the boots removed even though I have been a guest here before and never had an issue with this prior. They then took over 3 hours to show up and remove the boot. Forcing me to stand in the frigid winter cold the entire time with constant pushing back the time frame due to "traffic". Which was an obviously false excuse. Probably just trying to wear me down so I'd give up on my car for another day so they could try to charge more. This is nothing but robbery and these people should not be allowed to operate.

I had my car sticker confirming I was a resident on my car and my car was still booted for an entire day and I was also threatened it will be towed. I never got confirmation of them proving my car was at fault from a picture that they claimed they took. I will be pressing charges due to them wrongly accusing and then threatening my property

On 11/18/2022, my vehicle was booted in the Steelworks apartment complex garage. My car was parked in the guest parking, that is designated by signage to be guest parking for the Steelworks complex only. The signs make no mention of any other requirements/passes needed to park in that area. As I was a guest visiting this building, I was surprised to find my car had been booted. The booting attendant, offered I pay the $75 fee over Venmo. I attempted to ***** her to resolve the situation, but she admitted there was an issue on A Pro Booting's end where they could not accept Venmo payment. I offered to pay with a credit card but she would not accept that. She then let me know there was nothing she could do to allow me to leave and had to pay with Cashapp, which I do not have and had no way of making an account on the spot. After about an hour of the employee telling me she could not take the boot off, but could also not accept payment, I had a friend pay the company through Cashapp. This company cannot rightfully prevent me from leaving, AND not allow me to pay when the issue receiving the payment is on their end. Not to mention the fact that I should not have been booted in the first place, as I followed all of the posted signage. This company is essentially trapping people and making it nearly impossible to leave.

I arrived to the nail salon at 5:45pm. The parking garage where my car is parked, business was closed at 5pm. When I approached my vehicle at 7:00pm, I noticed there was a metal device (boot) on my tire. I dont understand how one could have done such if the business was CLOSED! The company also has a class action suit against them, which lets me know they are unlawfully putting these devices on citizens vehicles.
