    I placed an order on 12/23/2022 and still have yet to receive it. I emailed the support and they sent a generic response about wait times a couple of times, then eventually they stopped responding at all.     I placed an order on 12/01/23 and I still have not received my order. I have sent several emails and no response. The service is the worst. I hv been ordering for a few ******** using takes 6 to 8 weeks which is unacceptable but now it's even longer. I want a refund for my $139.

    I dont understand why the owner stopped fulfilling orders. I was on a subscription to get two bottles of tonic every month. I then added female health pills to that subscription. I havent received anything since April 2023, and even then they were a year behind in fulfilling my subscription orders.*** lost over $1000 because I cannot report lost money to my credit card due to it being over 60 days. When you go to his Instagram page, there are countless people complaining about not receiving their orders. At this point I want a refund.

    I am totally disappointed with BECC. I placed an order back in September 2022 and have yet to receive my product. I have ordered from this company before and was well aware of the delays. At first there was communication via the owner's instagram page with regard to the status of what batch he was currently working to fulfill. Then communication ceased and the owner proceeded to upload picture of the company stocking stores with the product. Ultimately, a slap in the face to his long suffering customers. I have reached out on several occasions asking for a full refund. I have yet to receive a response. It is too late to file a claim with my bank. I feel as though I made a ***** donation to this company. Despicable.

    I am so disappointed with Black Eugenicist Cellular Chelation's LLC I have been reaching out to them for mouths about my product that they have received. Money for I have been waiting for my orders From August 9,2022 through June 9, 2023, I had a subscription with them, they would take out ***** every mouth for my product they were doing well and then it's just like the mouths start going by without receiving any product. and there was always and excuse. of them not know when I would receive it in June I wrote and told them I just want my money back for all the mouths they stop responding to my emails so I went through my bank, and they couldn't do anything said I have to keep contacting the company to get my money back. which is not working They owe me 990 for those mouths.

    I am so disappointed in this company and their services. I ordered a product on October 6th and have yet to receive it. I contacted my bank to cancel the order; however my bank is having problems with resolving the refund issue. I have sent several email to the company directly, and this is their more recent reply to me. I want nothing from you, but my refund. You were quick to accept my money. To get a refund is taking forever. There are safer products out there. Your method of preparation is questionable. Ive seen your videos. Thank God the order has not been fulfilled. I just need my money. Thu, Jan 12 at 12:05 AM The 'refund' button is disabled-- it remains disabled until the dispute that you filed with the payment merchant closes. The issue of the refund is in the hands of the payment merchant, not us. So disrespectful and unprofessional. There are 3 unsatisfied and negative reviews per 1 good review. In addition to that, the BBB ********************** is F (NOT BBB ACCREDITED). Uhmm.
