    On 05/31/24, we paid a deposit to have Hamrick Fence Company install a board-on-board fence around our back yard. We chose the board-on-board fence because we did not want any gaps The owner specifically notated "no gaps" on the proposal and signed. The fence size is 447 feet and included 3 gates. The fence was installed during the week beginning 06/17/24. Upon completion, we paid the remainder of the ********** August 2024, I noticed several posts leaning, gaps in almost every section of the fence, nails sticking out in multiple places, and two of our gates are very difficult to open. We paid an extra $824 to have the metal frames put on the gates as we were told this would ensure we would never have no problems with them. Since August 2024, I have contacted the owner multiple times to come repair our fence the way it was agreed upon. When I first spoke with the owner to express my concerns, he said that they would be out to repair. I have faced several no call/no shows after being told they were coming. One of his workers did come 2 times, one of which he made one panel where the post was leaning look worse than it was initially. Subsequent to this visit, the owner came out to our home with the employee. We walked the fence, and the owner told the employee the fence looks terrible and needs to be done in the manner that he (the owner) would do it. We were then made a promise by the owner that the worker would come out and spend an entire day repairing our fence. He came out and worked for approximately 2 hours. I tried several times to contact the owner again and was faced with leaving voice mails with no answer or the owner would advise that he had not forgotten about me. The last time I called the owner, approximately 2-3 weeks ago, he stated he had not forgotten and cited that he was going through personal issues (not health related) at the time. We want the service we were promised. This cost us a lot of money and we relied on the word of the owner
