  Majekk just completed a project for me in *****, which they did an amazing job. They were easy to work with, professional and paid attention to detail. The work was completed in a timely manner and helped me work out a couple of issues we encountered. The project is a commercial building and they handled the permitting and inspections. Majekk's back office was very responsive and followed up on any concerns and questions. We are investors that work with a lot of contractors that are horrible, we will definitely keep using Majekk on future projets.

  I would advise any one looking for a contractor not to use ***** ********* as a contractor as he has stolen over $100,000 of our funds as well as things from our home and never completed the project. Please do an investigation before you use this contractor. He is not a licensed electrician as his wife ******** will tell you that he is. They will also tell you that they have a celebrity clientele that is not true. Please investigate before using these people ***** have tried to break away from the original owner of Magic tech construction just be advised that he will steal your money. Im able to say this because I am a victim of ***** ********* as well as ******** *********. They will will tell you that she manage over $30 million for the railroad that is to real you in ! But they will steal your money. Please use caution before ever considering them. I am a legitimate victim of ***** ********* and ****** ********* they go under the name of magic construction tech but people please investigate . You sent Thing Doing

While we value feedback as an opportunity for growth, it is necessary to address and clarify the inaccuracies in your review to ensure the facts are represented ************* of Misappropriated Funds We categorically deny any claim that your funds were misappropriated or stolen. We made every reasonable effort, in good faith, to address and resolve your concerns. This included bringing in a construction consultant with over 20 years of extensive construction and project management experience at our expense, to ensure the project aligned with industry standards and progressed as planned.Contractual Terms and Change Fees Your dissatisfaction regarding charges for change orders and project modifications is noted. However, these fees were clearly stipulated in the signed contract that you agreed to at the outset of the project. Change fees are standard practice in the construction industry to cover the costs of adjustments requested by clients during the project.Client Satisfaction and Breach of Contract Throughout the project, you communicated on multiple occasions that you were pleased with our progress and the quality of the work. However, in some instances, you would express satisfaction only to later convey dissatisfaction within a day or two. Despite this fluctuating feedback, we consistently attempted to address your concerns in good ******** appeared that much of your dissatisfaction stemmed from not being able to envision the finished product during various stages of the project. Additionally, delays arose due to decisions on your part to order or purchase materials that either turned out to be incorrect or failed to arrive in a timely manner. These issues impacted our ability to continue work as scheduled and contributed to the project timeline extending beyond the original scope.Even with these challenges, we remained committed to working with you to resolve concerns and ensure the quality of our work met professional standards.Allegations of Stolen Materials We take allegations of theft seriously and must clarify that MAJEKK Technologies & Construction has never had claims made against it for stolen materials. Any claims of theft involve subcontractors you hired independently for work outside the scope of our contract. We caution all clients against hiring subcontractors directly for extraneous jobs, as we cannot guarantee their integrity or manage their performance in such instances.Project Status Due to the inability to amicably resolve your persistent concerns and complaints, along with your consistent disregard for professional advice regarding the quality of our work, and other escalations related to this civil matter, we concluded that reconciling the project to date was in the best interest of all parties. This decision was made to avoid further disputes and disagreements. Your project has been satisfactorily addressed and reconciled, with phased labor completed to meet our contractual obligations. Additionally, there remains an outstanding balance for unpaid labor and services ************** Note We regret that you are dissatisfied with your experience.   I hired Majekk Tech and Construction to remodel my lower level, words cannot even begin to express the AWESOME work and professionalism that came along with hiring them. ***** is a man of integrity and he ensure that his employees display the same level of integrity and professionalism. ***** and ******** will walk you through every process of the contract, the amount and will answer any and all questions you may have along the way. They were dependable, honest and were on time every day. They went above and beyond what was asked of them. I highly recommend Makekk Tech and Construction LLC for any and all home repairs, remodeling or even if you are building from ground up, you will not be disappointed at all.

  Ok, my two cents go with Majekk and you will not be disappointed. I had my Kitchen remodeled wanted something more modern and they delivered above my expectations. Great folks and they have integrity which is hard to find these days. Looking forward to my next project with Majekk!
