    Cyns Play Place is running a sham organization. The owner ************************* is advertising on the business's website that it provides ************** services. She then contracts others to provide it and then fails to pay for it albeit numerous emails and phone calls to her and her staff - these calls and emails are left unanswered. Do not support such unethical behavior by the business. There are similar ABA providers in the area. Do not support this business and encourage unethical behavior.

    The most interesting thing about this is that nothing in your paragraph was an actual issue. Your statement appears to be sharing your  [negative] experience versus raising an actual complaint. Insulting our business- which, from our clear customer reviews on several platforms, including BBB platform, dont share the same views. It appears your company is the one running a sham of a business. Your extreme inabilities to properly bill for services, returning payments, and stating you did not receive them. Harassing myself and my staff when it in fact, it is your companys inability to properly provide clear payment and billing avenues? Have you read your own reviews on the BBB? Youre able to take the time to give generic responses to your clients, yet fail notoriously to resolve their issues and wonder why your organization is going downhill? The pot is calling the kettle black!

    From your history and the hundreds of customer complaints on your end, it appears your company needs to do some self reflecting. Should you continue to harass myself and my staff, we will be more than happy to proceed with countersuing.


    You have threatened, and I quote- You do not want to take this threat lightly  

    Sending threats via email yet wanting any sort of resolution is diabolical and completely delusional on your end. I suggest revisiting your dispute resolution methods. Therefore, This will be the final response our organization will be providing. We highly suggest you get your affairs in order as we have ours. Including but not limiting Documentation from our accounting department of every payment sent via mail to you, email correspondence where we in fact appreciated ACH [finally] becoming an option however declining this route due to not trusting you alls billing practices. Again, please take the time to review the negative image your company holds in the eyes of the public. We clearly are not the ones running the sham and false advertising around here.
