I ordered an instant download of a software. The company immediately withdrew the money and sent a receipt and stated product key would follow. It never showed up so I started a live chat for assistance who merely kept saying to refresh my email. This csr spoke a whopping 4 times during an almost 30 minute time frame with no help whatsoever. In this time, I found the software elsewhere, download, and installed. It was only after I told this to the csr that they sent an email with a code which was not opened nor used. I requested a refund as per their policy and received no response. I emailed the company and received no response. The lack of support and lack of response was horrible. I want my refund that is rightfully owed back.

******* insists on charging me despite not installing software and knowing that I can't use the software. The agent, *****, didn't know how Ipad versions of the software worked and thought there was a separate product for that. They are selling a **************** product and don't know that ********* says the only way to activate the product onto an Ipad is to purchase a Windows or MAC version first. I did this, but didn't know that the version they were selling was somehow exempt from *********'s instructions.

As per our refund policy refunds are not valid for used key that is already connected to your ********* account as well as our website specifically states its for windows pc only and up on speaking to you you said you purchased it anyways because you think that it would work regardless of our system telling you its not compatible. unfortunately base on our refund policy and speaking to you a refund is not valid.

I am rejecting this response because:

What you said is false on two accounts. First, it wasnt used. The software wasnt activated or used so that I could get a refund, per your terms.

Second, I never told you what you just claimed. As per the instructions on Microsofts site, if I activate Office on a Windows or Mac computer then it activates it on the iPad. This is what I communicated to you and how I didnt know that you were selling something that didnt apply to the terms outlined by **********

Your response once again proves no knowledge of how **************** works on an iPad. There is no separate iPad version that can be purchased. It activates it automatically upon activating **************** on a Windows or Mac. Your inferior product is somehow exempt. You neglect to state this. You trying to hide behind a technicality and your recent lie, proves that you are running a corrupt business.

    Sincerely,
