    Our Church paid $566.50 for a website redesign and Brielle Digital Marketing began the work but never completed the project. Owner ***************************** has refused to provide a full refund or relinquish the incomplete website with a 50% refund. Below is an abbreviated timeline summary:7/11/22Zoom Call between ****** and ******* to review scope of project and goals. ****** said based off the work that was already done (******** demo site) she could complete the project for $550. She also said they had capacity to work right away and that 2-3 business days would be appropriate.7/13/22Invoice via PayPal sent and Church paid. ****** states that she will have a draft to ******* by tomorrow evening....8/5/22Ericka cancels the meeting and asks for extension to 8/10/22. Says she is 5/6 pages complete on the requested changes.8/5/22Lucinda says she is on vacation that week. Asks if we can meet 8/15/22 instead. ****** agrees to meet then.8/15/22Lucinda emails ****** seeking a time to connect that week. No response.8/18/22Lucinda calls and emails ***************** morning ******, I just left you a voicemail. I will need a 1) full refund for the project or 2) the website as-is linked to my Wix Account and a 50% refund of the amount paid. The project has not been completed in the timeframe you promised and we need to move forward. Please call me or respond by email once either action has been completed within 48 hours. 8/21/22Lucinda emails ******:Hello ******, I hope to hear from you soon following my voicemail. If I still do not hear from you by Tuesday, I will have no choice but to reach out to Wix to file a complaint.8/28/22Lucinda emails ******:******, Here is the amount that our Congregation was charged for your services. Please refund the amount promptly. Attached the Receipt from PayPal.
