Less than two years we paid $5450 to Home Craft Gutters protection for new gutters, soffit and facia. The gutters were not installed correctly. They were placed higher than the roofline which caused water to go into the soffit and is rotting all of the wood. The options they are giving me because it is past the one-year warranty as I can pay a service fee for them to come out and fix the problem they created. Or they will give me $1000 refund which will not even cover for me to have someone else fix the problem. This is caused damage to the inside of my walls inside my home. All of the soffit has to be replaced. We are past the one-year warranty because the rot and mold show up after water sits there which requires rain which can take some time for that to happen. We were having a new roof installed and our roofer immediately noticed the gutters were installed about an inch and a half above the roofline. I provided pictures for them that were taken 17 months after installation with significant rot of the wood. I have talked to many times to customer service and they keep telling me I am passed my one-year warranty. I do not recommend this company. I paid a lot of money for a product that has lasted less than two years.

This guy from Homecraft keeps calling me multiple times a day, seven days a week. Yep, they called on the weekend and evening. This is definitely a robocall. The numbers start with 678 968 and different last four numbers every time. He left voice messages a few times. I never called him back which should be enough to tell that I'm not interested. Stop annoying people!

This company is continually spam calling my phone and leaving voicemails. Homecrafts constant barraging is disrespectful and needs to stop. Company not worth one star.

HomeCraft Gutter protection called to ask if I wanted Gutter Guards. I told them I was not interested. Since then, they have continued to call me 10 times a day for 2 weeks. They continue to change the number they call from, so I have not been able to effectively block their calls.

Warranty is O. Waited 10 months and cant get a the issues resolved. Gutters with leaf filter run over top of gutters and now affecting my foundation. They send a guy out that is so called trained & he just looked at the gutters and left. Since service is poor and they wont let me talk with the. CEO, I asked for a return so I can get this c*** off my home. They always say they will get with the Production Team. Which means NOTHING. Really thought since they were a referral that this would be the way to go, boy was I fooled!

If I could leave negative stars, I would. On April 3, 2023, I asked **** (formerly *****'s List) for a list of gutter-cleaning companies in my area, and rather than giving me the list, they sent my phone number to probably at least a dozen companies. All of them called a couple of times, then stopped. Not HomeCraft. Since 4/3/2023, they have called me 56 times. From 36 different numbers. They never leave a message. I have my iPhone configured to require any unknown number to leave their name before it will put the call through, so as soon as they hear this, they hang up, but the call registers.Fifty-six calls in 13 days from 36 different numbers. All of the numbers start with 678 968 and then the last four change every few calls. They have called me multiple times per day. I have called them back several times and begged them to stop. They SAY they will, but then I get more calls. Sometimes within minutes of them promising to stop.I will never do business with these people because of this predatory behavior. TAKE A CLUE that when someone doesn't answer the phone a couple of dozen times (much LESS 54) that you should stop calling.

We had a great sales pitch presented to us and a date set with the company. After that everything went down hill. The rep ***** respond to calls and had a medical reason so we overlooked the lack of communication. It took a canceled, and a no show spot to get to a third where the 3rd party contractor showed and ***** even have the right job info. all this after they said they made a mistake with the price and could no longer honor the contract (which was signed by their rep with the install set for 4/7 then changed to 4/10 via text after I initiated the contact). The No showed on the 10th which led to their rehash email/QA department getting involved and refusing to honor the original contract before it got changed to 4/14. They increased the price several hundred dollars which is funny because the sales rep stated there was a price increase happening then again on 4/14 they told me there was a price increase so despite this taking 3 spots and 3 days off work they just kept adding reasons to try and excuse mistake after mistake. Because I was strapped for time and had already gotten rid of other quotes I gave them an opportunity for a third attempt 4/14 knowing it would be over and the project done so I could move on. When the third party contracted installer showed up they had two different prices and the job details were wrong. Needless to say it was a terrible experience and the bad reviews all over the internet (when you dig past the paid ones), were correct. Btw- by the third appt the price was suppose to be over 3000They will bad mouth their competition and keep trying to defend their mistake. Steer clear of the great sales pitch unless you want to waste time off from work and get the run around because they will likely bait and switch you. They will focus on how they are doing you a favor by trying to accommodate your schedule, forgetting that its been mistake after mistake on their part

As many other reviewers are saying, HomeCraft's sales people are predatory, and high pressure. If you like feeling like you're being pressured into buying a car by a greasy salesperson, but in your own home - choose HomeCraft. I requested an estimate on my house, and was schedule promptly. I was told it would be a 1 hour appointment and the sales person arrived on time on April 7th, and gave a useful overview of their products. That was where the good ended. Instead of receiving a clear quote for new gutters and guards, the sales person (or area marketing manager according to him) stayed over 2 hours and refused to provide me a digital copy of any quote. I received a full sheet of pencil scribble, which he used to play a shell game with me on prices. First quoting me $20,000 for gutters and guards (the lowest quote for only gutters being $8,000), then telling me he could give me discounts down thousands of dollars to $13,000 and $4000 respectively - but those prices were not any good once the sales person left my house. These are the type of high pressure sales tactics they use - according to many reviewers. I probably would have gone with their product, if not for their slimy sales approach and predatory pricing. Disappointing, as I think their guard probably is very good product and I wanted to buy from them. Now I'm worried I'll never stop receiving spam calls and texts. Also, don't expect any clear communication with them. As you can tell from their review replies, they don't take any feedback seriously and like to gaslight their customers. HomeCraft either has an extremely poor internal communication system or they actively train their staff to ignore calls/not retain notes or records. Because you will get multiple calls asking to schedule a quote when they've already come to your house, asking to assist with pricing when you've already spoken to multiple customer service reps the same day, etc.
