      Never contracted with the company but they continued to hound me with 100s of robo calls trying to get my business. I asked to be removed from their calling database but continue to receive robo calls from locations around the country. What a frigging sham.

      Had gutters replaced and fascia boards replaced/painted. Dont know how they missed painting fascia boards on front but they did. Company came out next day and fixed. We finally had rain and I noted a gutter was leaking. Called again and was informed they would be out in 2 days. They never came, ghosted me on phone. Few weeks later I was finally able to get to talk to a human in Ga and he scheduled someone to come out. Took day off and they never came or called. I had to work thru my credit card company for a response. They finally came, I was not home. Instead of calling/texting me or leaving a business card he had been here the worker just tossed his sealant can in my yard so I knew he was there. Be aware

      I bought one gutter across the back of my house. The man came to give an estimate and we measured the gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and extensions to direct water away from the house. The man called the office, listed everything and on speaker, I heard them accept the work and make a quote. They installed the gutters and I didn't notice until they left that they had not put an extension on one side, the downspout discharged directly at the foundation, which, obviously, makes the gutter useless for protecting the foundation from movement. I called and they said it wasn't on the work order. Evidently, the work order said to put an extension on one of two downspouts and leave the other side improperly draining at the foundation, which makes zero sense. They said they would come out and put one on, it would just cost a minimum service fee of almost $140. To put on a $10 piece of plastic. The service agent would not direct me to anyone to discuss it further but just kept saying that was "protocol." It's not a big deal, I went out and bought an extension for $8. My problem is that after spending $3,000 to replace half of my gutters, they would take no responsibility for their mistake or seek to resolve it in a way that showed they cared about people who can't afford their expensive product but shell out a lot of money believing they will receive service equal to that cost. Not in this case. I will never use them again. Wish there was a zero star option.

      Horrible!! After canceling an appointment due to a family emergency I received a call less than 60 minutes later to reschedule. Advising on the situation and that 'I' would reschedule I now receive a call at least 5 times a day, on weekends, along with automated voice-mail to reschedule. I'm answering each call to advise but it appears it is 'too' difficult to remove contact information from a call list. It has turned into borderline harassment and for that simple reason I would not use such an incompetent company because I would expect the same poor outcome from a product install.

      I hired homecraft to replace my gutters. At the time my credit score was 700. I was told the payment would be 60$ a month for 5 years, that'd it'd be more cost effective to replace my gutters than fix them. My husband agreed to the price. My paperwork said the price. 60$ a month for 5 years. I was text that I was approved for the price I was quoted and gave the go ahead. A month later I received the bill for 120$ the person I bought from ghosted me. When I reached out to the company they blamed my credit score. The paperwork left behind was missing the paper I'd signed. Don't make the same mistake I did and trust this company. They only care about money a few months later my husband was laid off and we got behind because I couldn't pay everything on my own and to help me out they wanted 200 a month instead. Worst mistake I've ever made and I'm a DV survivor.

      *****************, I would like to start by stating you financed your loan through ******* which is a third party administrator, not through HomeCraft and you would have to call them for any financing concerns you may have. I have looked over your paperwork that was signed at the time of you appointment and it does not indicate your payment would be $60, I am also more than happy to forward you all of the paperwork you signed at the time of your appointment with your representative.

      Sought service for gutters at 2 locations. Gutters were terribly overpriced and the work was not done well. Cancelled the second job only to find the gutters had already been removed. The company refused to replace them. **** us the run around about making it right but never tried. I have to now purchase brand new gutters. The company will not return my calls or emails.

      Oh ****** is a great salesman problem is he lied. The warranty department argued that I had to keep my roof clear and clean off my valley guards and gutter topper! Why in the world would a senior citizen get new gutters that needed to be cleaned all the time?!

      Valley ******* can build up debris and is not covered in your warranty, for service. If you like you can pay the same service fee and we can clean behind those valleys ******* for you, but you declined.

      The build up only affect the gutters along the front porch. There was a lot more leaves on the back of the house and no issues back there. The install was done wrong on the front porch.

      Salesman came out and gave an estimate. Then he said he could get financing for us for 10 years at 0 per cent interest. We said great. However, financing company sent us a statement for **** per cent interest for 5 years. Not the deal we made. Called financing and was told Homecraft had to do new plan. Called Homecraft and talked to 6 different people on different days and was told a manager, ******** would call me back. No call for 6 days then a call came from her. She said no such deal was made and must have been misunderstanding. The salesman lied and we had to pay full price to avoid finance charges. If we had known, we would not have had them do it.

      We apologize for any incoinvence however, you opted for the smaller payments with 120 month financing that does have interest and that was also on your GreenSky payment authorization certificate that you signed.

      I have found this company to unacceptable in product, workmanship and warranty work. I have contacted this company numerous times for the down pour and dripping of water from the gutters. Each time someone came out for repairs the problem persisted. When you call the company they will tell you someone in your state will contact you and it does not happen, so you continue to call to no avail. I even requested the system be removed because concrete work needs to be done in that area and is scheduled soon, I was told I would have to pay to have it removed because its out of the warranty period. Out of warranty for a product that has never performed as advertised is appalling and this company is not standing behind their product or workmanship. I am still attempting to get resolution and hope I do not have to end ** in court.

      That is correct you were outside of your 1 year labor warranty, your 40 year warranty does not cover for you to get it removed to have other work done on your home for free.
