    This company Deluxe Services *********************************************** is a terrible company from horrible communication, poor workmanship, company leadership/ownership are untrustworthy, the technicians are lazy and unreliable. They lack the expertise to be in heating and AC business. Do not do business with this company! This company needs to be put out of business ASAP! They are a bunch of frauds and liars. We paid them upwards to $50,000 to replace our commercial building units and we are still today without properly working heating/cooling units. All of the owners, employees, and subcontractors of Deluxe Services Heating & Cooling lack professionalism and integrity. This company lack the basic resources and tools that are necessary to complete jobs. The 10 or so times that they came on-site, each time they came with a different set of excuses and lies about why they were unable to complete the work. Look elsewhere if you are looking for quality services, products, and outcomes. If you want to throw money away, then this is the company that will take your money and run with it.

    Upon, Frazier's, arrival to our property, he sat in his car and did not come ring the doorbell or call to say that he had arrived, I knew he was there was by checking our Ring doorbell camera. When he entered the home and saw the attic, he complained, saying, "Oh, I have to walk up here." He didn't even walk over to the **** unit..My HUSBAND walked over to take the filter out AND put it back in. They came out of the attic, and the tech didn't even look at the thermostat. He informed my husband that we had holes in the duct work. He stated that the updated smart thermostat we have isn't compatible with our heatpump due to the age of the system. Eventually, Frazier was scheduled to come back out and didn't show, we had to call him just to be told he was trying to check the schedule for another guy to come with him. He said that we also had to pay the invoice ahead of their appointment so that they could purchase the supplies needed for the repair, and he would bring a compatible thermostat with him. We paid the invoice, and they finally came out a day or so later (an hour late after saying they had to stop by his shop to grab some things he may need during our repair appointment). Frazier who couldn't even read the smart thermostat correctly (telling us the snowflake means heat and the flame means cold) tried to contradict his first statement and say the thermostat is fine to work with our heatpump and he bought the wrong thermostat replacement because he didn't know what kind of system we had. They taped up the ducts and left and said they would be back the next day with the correct thermostat. That was December 21, 2023. I've called and texted several times, and Frazier was repeatedly saying they would be back out and he's checking schedules, and he has to wait for the thermostat to be delivered. The last time I called on January 8, ****, when Frazier realized who I was, he stuttered and asked me to hold up and hung up the phone.
