    On April 29, 2019, I reached out to ************ of CreateHers LLC about her website design and logo creation services for my non-profit. She promptly replied, and after reviewing her proven work for others, we scheduled consultations via phone and Zoom. Following our discussions, I selected a service, and ****** issued an invoice. I utilized approved grant ******* to make two payments in 2019 and 2020, totaling $4879.00. Despite the payments, ****** has failed to deliver any productsno website, no logo, nothing. Despite multiple emails sent since then, she either provides various excuses or does not respond at all. Regrettably, I have not received any communication from her since 2022.

    I'm sorry we fell out of contact regarding this project. I know there were check-ins here and there between us, but the timing just didn't stick. This can change.

    I'd gotten sick with COVID in early (before it had a name), went through an extremely tough famailial situation that I have since healed from and over all....2020 really derailed everything I'd worked for as a single mother and COVID didn't help (and I'm sure many others) and so I have had great difficulty getting things back on track during 2020-2022. But, I am back to creating branding and website design for clients for 2024.

    I take accountability and respect that this is business and my personal dealings should impact timelines less. 

    I am happy to work with you using the branding I created that you reviewed and approved (PDF attached) in September 2019. There is also the website content PDF you'd provided in April 2020. If we can set a timeline that we can both stick to (e.g. with content submissions, design reviews, strategy meetings, etc), I am **************** a POISED GIRLS website that moves your brand forward.
