    I sent this business the attached certified letter on may 16, 2024 vigorously disputing charges. This business purposely did NOT claim certified letter from the post office.( See the attached returned certified letter). They have provided ONLY P.O. BOX address.

    We did respond to this patient, He faxed us a letter in May 2024 which we pulled the account and sent back to Academy Orthopedics to review on their end. We have NOT sent another letter or made a call to him since that day until this week when he stated we never claimed the certified mail he sent. We never got a notice in our P.O. Box and I did file an inquiry to the *********** about it. I called the patient and left him a message stating the same thing, I have not heard back from the *********** but I left a message with the patient we are not currently working this account and we are awaiting a call from the *********** as to why we never got a notice in our box stating we had certified mail to pick up. Without a notice we have no idea there is a certified mail. We did receive his faxes and pulled the account from our system due to the dispute back in May, He may contact the doctors office if he has any other concerns about the bill due to their office as we are NOT pursuing it. which was on the message left on his voicemail
